We have a total of 3 apartments Apartment No. 1: Has a bedroom (2 people) and a living and dining room (extra bed 2 people) As well as a bathroom The other 2 apartments are loft apartments that can accommodate 4 people each. Here there is a sofa with an extra bed for 2 people and a bed for 2 people. The dining and sleeping area is therefore together.

Elderflower House

Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.

Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, auch zu 2 kann man es sich gemütlich einrichten. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Netzwerkkabel in allen Zimmern, sehr gutes WLAN in jeder Etage, Schreibtische in jedem Zimmer und großes Dachgeschoss ermöglichen zudem sehr gutes Remote Arbeiten.

Stilvolle Unterkunft für bis zu 7 Personen in der ehemaligen Landschule Rodholz am Fuße der Wasserkuppe. Das Herzstück der Wohnung bildet der große lichtdurchflutete Wohnraum mit großer Küche, Holzofen und Essbereich. Durch die vielen Fenster öffnet sich der Blick in die umliegende Natur mit Wiesen, Wald, Bachlauf und Teichen. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Holzterrasse mit Anschluss an den Garten und das große Grundstück.

Das alte Fachwerkhaus liegt inmitten eines kleines Dorfes im Biosphärenreservat Bayrische Rhön. Es wird in der Zeit ihres Aufenthaltes von Ihnen ganz alleine bewohnt. Es bietet Platz für 4 Erwachsene, wenn 2 Schlafzimmer ausreichen. Es gäbe allerdings im Wohnzimmer noch eine Einzelmatratze. 1-2 Hunde sind erlaubt. Fahrräder oder auch Motorräder können in der Scheune untergestellt werden.
