Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Zell am Moos with its Irrsee invites you to slow down. There is no mass tourism here yet, no motorboats on the lake. Whether by bike or on foot, a few meters from the 64 sqm apartment, you will find yourself in the middle of nature. New is the foot/bike path into the village, which allows you to leave the car behind.

Our cozy apartment is located in our single-family home in the mountains. You look into the mountains and enjoy the idyllic tranquility. The apartment is intended to be more than a family apartment. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee, you can do numerous leisure activities. The nearest shopping is right in the adjacent village of Nussdorf 4.5 km. Our property is not accessible by public transportation.

Use our accommodation for up to 6 people as a starting point for excursions to the beautiful lakes and mountains in the area. By car, you can reach Schörfling am Attersee in 5 minutes or Gmunden am Traunsee in 20 minutes Terrace and garden in a quiet location are available and invite you to relax after an eventful day. There are also secure places for your bicycles, with which you can follow the nearby Salzkammergut cycle path.
