Apartment at a farm close to lake Attersee

Relax with the whole family in this quiet and familiar accommodation. Space for 4 people, dogs and horses allowed upon request! Our accommodation is the perfect starting point for excursions and hikes in the area and in the mountains. Approx. 20 minutes drive to Attersee, good bike paths. The apartment is located on a farm with a separate entrance. Animals such as dogs, cats and horses are at home here. After consultation it is also possible to take riding lessons.

Zell am Moos with its Irrsee invites you to slow down. There is no mass tourism here yet, no motorboats on the lake. Whether by bike or on foot, a few meters from the 64 sqm apartment, you will find yourself in the middle of nature. In the village, there are inns, swimming areas with parking, a supermarket, a bakery with a café, a butcher, a newsstand, and a bank (with ATM). New is the foot/bike path into the village, which allows you to leave the car behind.

Brand new ground-level 100 m² designer villa, adjacent to the Salzburg Lake District with pool, garden shower and mountain view. 5 - 15 minutes by car to 4 different lakes. 25 minutes by car to the festival city of Salzburg with all its highlights. The house is located in a small residential development with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

Our chalet in the orchard offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing and restful as well as eventful vacation. Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

Our apartment is located in the center of the Salzkammergut ( Sankt Georgen im Attergau ) and is about 4 km from Lake Attersee. The property is easy to reach by car or public transport. Within walking distance is the town center with all the shops and places to eat .
