Historic house on a beautiful property. Kitchen had all the equipment you could need along with top of the line stove and oven. Make cooking for a large group easy and enjoyable!

Mark's High Pocket Bed and Barn was absolutely stunning and cozy. My friends and I stayed while attending a wedding nearby, and were so delighted by the home the minute we walked in. Thoughtful furniture and decoration through out the house, as well as beautiful yard and walking paths that were so nice to explore on a sunny spring day. The home was immaculately clean and well stocked. Mark was very communicative and responsive. We would all very happily stay at this home again!

This property is uniquely located close to a classic New England downtown area and yet also away from it so that you can appreciate the quiet and birdsong in its idyllic backyard. There are many places in and around the house to sit together or alone and you can have a blast across the street in the barn playing pool table, ping pong and foosball. Even though the weather was cool and a little rainy, we still had a great time because of where we were.

This is our second time staying in The Farmhouse, and our 5th or 6th time booking with Ginny. This property is very relaxing, we brought our three dogs and they loved the backyard. The house was clean and organized. We enjoyed breakfast on the farmers porch. The hot tub was nice. It’s a quick drive to downtown NoHo, Florence and EastHampton. So much to do in this area. We highly recommend.

Fantastic!! Perfect for our group of 10 who came from all over to attend our son's graduation from college! Quiet, private, an absolute gem! Sarah was accommodating and friendly, sharing stories of the heirlooms within. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

We had a great stay. Erika and Casey's quick response saved us from having a disaster of a graduation weekend. The house was perfect for a large family dinner and hanging out to celebrate.

Loved our stay ... We had a nice family dinner , could sit out on deck and enjoy the gorgeous view and our meal and then were able to take a short hike up the back trails and enjoy the gardens and store .... Hannah was awesome and very responsive and checking in to make sure that we were all set .. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and enjoy our stay. We had a perfect weekend. Heather's place is amazing...very spacious and was great for my two week stay for work. It really great it is so close to the highway and also local restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Jayne’s basement apartment was exactly what we needed for a few days in Amherst celebrating my daughter’s graduation. It’s not fancy at all so if you’re looking for upscale this isn’t for you. But if you need a clean, comfortable home base, close to the school, with a friendly host, this is just right.

Excellent stay! Michael's place had everything we needed for our family visiting the area for graduation. Well-appointed kitchen and strong shower were highlights Restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing stay at Richards. It is like the photographs and so much more. Richard was friendly and helpful and enjoyed sharing his home, sculptures and gardens with others. The apartment is beautiful and peaceful and a great getaway. He has put so much love and energy into his home and property and we are so lucky to be able to enjoy it also. I look forward to returning. A nice escape into the country side of western mass but still close to so many adorable small towns, farms, Northampton and fun little back roads.!!!

We will never stay at a hotel again. For the price of a hotel we stayed in a cozy one bedroom apartment that was perfect for two. Bed was comfortable. We watched Netflix after seeing a show to wind down, and with one of us being a night owl and one being an early bird it gave us the space to relax without disturbing the other. We asked for a fan when we arrived as my husband liked a breeze and the owner delivered one very quickly. Highly recommend.

Meg’s place was truly amazing. The apartment itself was very well maintained, well-appointed, and Meg went out of her way to ask what kind of milk/creamer we liked with our coffee so that she had stocked in our fridge upon arrival. The property is stunning- from Meg’s flower beds to her gardens, to the open fields, to the bird feeds attracting the most beautiful birds, this property is truly serene and a place where we felt relaxed. Our visit was filled with hiking, biking, and exploring nearby towns (Northampton, Amherst, Hadley, etc.). Meg herself is an incredibly talented artist and has beautiful pottery she crafts in her studio located under the apartment. She was kind enough to show us the studio and sell us a couple of her beautiful vases which we know we’ll always think of our wonderful trip whenever we see them. Thanks for everything, Meg!

Falcon's Nest was a fabulous place to stay in the area - everything there was clean and spotless, a truly homey feeling right from the start. The house itself is stylishly done - starting from architectural elements and through small details around the house. The grounds outside are breathtaking - there's an awesome hot tub, grill, fire pits, and a lake - beautiful nature all around. Location is very convenient to all landmark sights in the area and a variety of hiking trails. Johny and Kate were incredibly accommodating - quickly responding to all our questions and providing valuable recommendations. Overall, this was a great experience that exceeded our expectations!

Clean & comfortable stay that was a perfect location for attending a wedding at Wicked Awesome Events: Amongst the Oaks. Would love to return again for a longer stay—the location is beautiful!

We loved this lakeside cabin! It was a quiet, peaceful, relaxing stay in a clean, comfortable house. There were plenty of comfortable beds, good kitchen amenities, and several boats available right at the water’s edge. The lake is quiet and calm. With just a short drive, there are several fascinating cafes and breweries in this area of rural Massachusetts (we even snuck down to the local airport for a flight lesson). Loved it!

Gayle was communicative and explicitly clear in her description of The Pondhouse and amenities. Her directions also were very clear. She gets 5 stars for managing expectations. As for The Pondhouse, Gayle describes is as "magical," and here again, she is spot on. It is a beautiful location and an enchanting hideaway. Everything from the furniture, bedding, decor, outdoor shower, etc. is well appointed. I noticed and loved the small details — from the practical perfectly placed hooks to the candleholders and tea lights that were provided and helped enhance the magical experience — that went into creating this little oasis nestled into the woods. Taking a wam shower outdoors in nature was good for the soul. My husband and I went on this much-needed getaway, and it did not disappoint. It rained our first day there, and it was cold but the blankets were more than adequate. For me, it was a chance to reflect and recharge after the recent loss of my mother. We would definitely return.

This was exactly the quiet, peaceful retreat we were looking for. The sun porch is what sold us (we called it The Nook), and what an absolutely perfect place to sit and read together for a few days! A family of geese came to visit and we got to watch them up close. We loved kayaking on the pond too—it’s an absolutely wild body of water with tons of massive tree roots just beneath the surface, and millions of lily pads. This converted camp is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. Extremely relaxing retreat for two people on an anniversary trip.

Great place to stay if you are looking for peace, quiet and need to rewind !!! We love the place.

Michelle's Hilltop Cabin in Chesterfield, MA, is a wonderful place. Nestled in the Berkshire woods, but close to the road, and not far from civilization, this place has all the best western Massachusetts has to offer. 11 miles (15 minutes) to Snow Farm (Williamsburg) 17 miles (28 minutes) to downtown Northampton 23 miles (36 minutes) to UMass Amherst 31 miles (44 minutes) to Mass MOCA (North Adams) 32 miles (51 minutes) to Tanglewood (Lenox) The Hilltop Cabin is best for 2-3 people, but Michelle has several other rentals at the same address. See if she has openings to suit your party on your dates. You won't be disappointed!

Outside is simply amazing. Beautiful Orchard, running stream, birds everywhere! Inside, so cozy yet roomy. The bed is just perfect. Shower has wonderful water pressure and very adjustable temperature. This home is just beautiful and very relaxing!

This was the best airbnb I've ever stayed at (and I've stayed at a lot)! Everything was as described and the cabin is completely magical. My pup and I immediately felt at home. The cabin is adorable and comfortable and the setting is peaceful and rejuvenating. The cabin is very well-stocked and the host is friendly, helpful and responsive. There's plenty to explore on the property and beautiful town-maintained hiking trails at a park just a short distance up the road. The setting is quiet and a bit remote (just as I'd hoped) and the views are beautiful. The wi-fi worked well. I hated to leave and will dream about this cabin! Can't wait to come back!
