The house on the lake, my personal dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. The holiday apartment for up to 6 people is located in the estate castle, which is in the Lavanttal between Bad St. Leonhard and Reichenfels. The wonderful property is located on a slightly elevated spot above the valley and offers an incomparable ambience. The castle is surrounded by romantic natural ponds and orchards. At „Gut Schloss Lichtengraben“ you will find a fisch shop and the "Fischeria" - open every Friday.

The accommodation is located at about 1,200 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, and there is a bakery near the lifts.
