Condo holiday rentals in Fraser

This was exactly what we were hoping for during our trip - a easy, comfortable place to come back to after a long day of skiing, cook some dinner, relax, and rest for the next day. I would definitely stay again!

The condo was easy to locate, VERY close to a fantastic walking trail and quick drive to the grocery store and local restaurants. The condo looks exactly like the pictures, very clean, beautiful decor. The hot tub was really nice and very quiet neighborhood overlooking the mountains. This was absolutely the best stocked kitchen-very impressed! We’d love to come back.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. New furnishings, super clean and very comfortable. Loved the hot tub as well. Great location! We definitely plan to return in the future. Also, host was super friendly and easy to reach with any questions.

This place was AMAZING! Kelly is incredibly thoughtful and intentional about the space and it really stood out. The place has everything we could need. Loved that it is dog friendly and everything was set-up to be dog friendly. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Super easy to use everything and the guide book was a great resource. This is one of the best Airbnbs that I have ever stayed in. The entire place was comfortable and Kelly was responsive and helpful from booking to checking out. I cannot recommend enough. Already looking at booking another stay here.

Great Stay in Winter Park I stayed here for about a week and really enjoyed it. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was peaceful and convenient, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely stay there again.

Condo is as advertised - very comfortable and within walking distance to great shops and restaurants. We loved our dinners at Denos and Paella. Scott is a great host and very communicative. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Jaxin’s Den for a month and it was truly a wonderful time. Jenna was a very kind and responsive host. The condo was modern, clean, and included everything we needed for our long term stay. The balcony had a beautiful mountain view and you could see every single star at night time. The garage was secure, easy to access, and had more than enough room for an SUV. The neighborhood was very peaceful and great to walk the dog. Great location that is minutes away from the grocery store and local restaurants. I would recommend Jenna’s listing to any family or friend. I will only stay here when I return again. Thank you for an amazing experience.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and enjoy meals at the condo and the grocery store is close by. The condo was very comfortable, quiet and has a great view of the mountains and pond. Wendi was very helpful and replied to any questions in a timely manner. I would recommend this condo and hope to go back.

This place was absolutely beautiful, I cannot recommend it enough! It is 10,000ft in the middle of the mountains with views all around. Even though it is a condo, we often felt like we were the only people there. It is right next to the St. Mary trail so we were able to easily hike. Jason was incredibly kind and attentive to all of our questions and made the stay very easy. Notably, if you are staying here I highly suggest a car (you might be able to find an Uber up from downtown Idaho Springs, but getting back down will be more difficult). If it is available def book this place!!

This place was better equipped than any place we’ve been. So considerate to have spices, tea kettle, plenty of cooking pans and utensils, foil, plastic bags, plenty of trash bags, soap, paper towels, tissues, etc. The floor plan is open and allows for a great family gathering. We had all of our meals at the home. Playtime in the living room and nearby open field with the grandkids was delightful. We were able to enjoy the large TV and beautiful fireplace in the evenings. Erin was so welcoming, we would definitely pick this location again for our next stay in Fraser.

Great place to stay! Parking with a big truck was tricky as some of the parking stalls were too low for us to get in, so if the condos are full not sure where you park?

Mayra and Bill were great hosts. Not only is the place exactly as listed, but the hosts were super helpful! They were very responsive and helped me figure out a few things. The place is inviting, comfortable and has all that you would need for a long stay. We were there for a month and it was a wonderful place to be. I loved walking my dog around the area, and there is a path that takes you down to the Fraser River. I highly recommend this airbnb!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. Besides being in ana amazing location this condo is tucked away slightly so you can truly enjoy the peacefulness of Fraser. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit.

Just as described. Had everything we needed to cook meals, sleep well, and relax after a ski day (hot tub access and the fireplace). Loved the record player in the evenings. Will stay again if available!

Beautiful studio in a great location. Just 25 mins from Grand Lake and RMNP. The studio is well equipped and very clean. The amenities at the lodge are great, we particularly enjoyed using the gym. The host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

This space was better than the photos! Stay feels private while being close to plenty of surrounding activities! Great pet friendly stay!! We’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Steve!

The first question I ask myself with AirBnBs is: was it worth it? The answer in this case is unequivocally YES. I was looking for a small place at Winter Park, close to town and comfortable, with easy access to the mountain. That's exactly what I got at an amazing price. Added bonus is that the Winter Park town is absolutely walkable from the place, and there's even a great breakfast place, a pizza place, and a coffee shop within a block. This condo is on the north side of town so a few blocks from where most activity occurs in Winter Park town, but the benefit is you're much closer to the local grocery store (Safeway) and you don't need to drive through town at all to get there. I was having a quiet week to myself so that last benefit ended up being perfect as I was cooking all my own food. On that note, this place has a cozy but full kitchen and I had no problem making everything I wanted to make.

I truly enjoy my stay there. I didn’t have any issue at all. I was my first time using a airbnb, I am thankful Kym was my host because she made it easy and delightful for me.

Great stay at Marv & Kim's! As pictured and expected. I have stayed at several Air Bnbs at The Inn at Silvercreek in the past, and Marv & Kim's place is the cleanest and nicest one yet. Will definitely book here again in the future. Thank you.

This stay was great. Beds and furniture were comfortable. William was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The location was perfect with gorgeous views on the way in and out.

The place was incredibly cute and clean. Well decorated and taken care of. The building itself wasn’t the best to look at, but our room was wonderful. Erica recommended the Monarch Lake hike, and we loved it! It was a beautiful hike and easy to get to. She also recommended Grand Azteca for dinner in town, and it was also incredible. We really enjoyed our stay!
