The location is beautiful and the house was perfect for me and family staying for a high school graduation in town. Fully stocked with everything one could need. And it was great having two living areas for everyone to have their space.

Great hosts, very responsive. Previous guest had taken the keycard needed for the pool and clubhouse, but the host called the HOA immediately to make get a new one made for us and make sure we could still have access in the meantime. Once it was ready, the host hand delivered it to our front door and left it for us. They were proactive in checking in with us to make sure there was nothing else we needed and communicated well throughout our stay. Nice to have not only access to a washer dryer but also be supplied with laundry supplies in case we needed to do a load. Kitchen was complete with all we needed to cook. Clubhouse has all supplies needed to participate in any activities (ex: floaties and toys for the pool, racquets and balls for tennis/pickleball/racketball, basketballs, etc). Would recommend and stay again!

Can’t wait to return next year with the family! Perfect accommodations for kids! Lots of toys and activities for all ages. Two levels - which offered a lot of privacy. We especially loved how the home was right next to the ski slopes! Very easy access for ski-in/ski-out! Bradley was the perfect host- great communication. He checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home at Granby Ranch!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views and well-appointed house. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Whether we were relaxing in the hot tub, sitting by the fireplace, or skiing the nearby trails, every moment was perfect. A great house for family trips. Plenty of space and the kids loved the game room in the basement. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean. The hosts were quick to respond. We had a maintenance request that they addressed very quickly. We'd stay here again!

Elizabeth was super responsive and the area was beautiful. We encountered some minor issues with the community center but Elizabeth was super responsive and communicative to help remedy. The free ear plugs were a nice touch and needed. Would recommend staying here!

Masum did a great job communicating with me. His place was very clean with beautiful views. We loved going in to Fraser and enjoyed Tabernash Tavern.

The house was amazing. Everything was clean and worked properly. I especially loved the art in the home, high-end appliances, hot tub and amazing views. We loved everything about our stay and hope to come back soon!

This was our first time staying in a cabin out on the mountains and we do not regret it. Jasons cabin was the perfect place to relax and unwind for a week! The views are better than the photos provided & the privacy makes it so much better. It was so convenient to have access to kitchenware to cook with. From a waffle maker to a cast iron skillet. The jacuzzi was a hit, especially at night you can see the stars pretty clear with all the lights off. Our favorite thing was the fooseball table! Near the cabin we hiked the fraser river canyon trail & even fished there, it was so peaceful. We went during the fall in October, weather was perfect. It was cool enough to do a bonfire during the nightime. We are already planning a trip back but when it is snowing there. I definitely recommend to a couple or a big family, it has everything you need. Rocky Mountain national park is only 40 min drive from the cabin, def recommended going, its worth it for the views! You do need to reserve a time.

The place was clean and very well prepared for us. The place worked great without any issues and the kitchen was just perfect, especially being right by the Safeway in town! Susan was very responsive, helpful, and was an excellent host for my week! I would highly recommend her to my friends and family!

Our family skis inWinter Park every year. This Airbnb ranks up there with one of the best. It was clean, the instructions were clear and the hot tub was amazing after a fun day of skiing! There were plenty of utensils in the kitchen for us to prepare dinner. There were extra towels and linens and the beds were comfy. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had 6 to our family & our fur baby and everyone felt right at home. We all had our own space & the living space (couch & eating area) fit us very comfortably. We tubed & skied and this location was a perfect spot to both locations. And close to bars & restaurants in Fraser. Everything was clean & kitchen had everything for us to prepare our meals! We will definitely be back!

Shakti’s place was GORGEOUS!! It was nice and clean, beautiful views from the deck and fully stocked with things you may need like towels, robes, and even fuzzy slippers! This place was magical, I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience staying here! The house was beautiful and modern, the heated mats to the hot tub were a huge plus. We appreciated the different utensils in the kitchen, it made cooking large meals a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a great place to stay. Be aware that this cabin is above 9,000ft and can contribute to elevation sickness. Beyond that it was amazing to hear the water in the stream while we were outside playing. Very quiet and not very busy road. The water pressure could have been better, but got the job done. It’s hard to fault pressure when the place is on top of a mountain:).

Cheryl and Mark took care of us and all our needs. Beautiful home, beautiful surroundings, and tons of wildlife. We saw 5 moose from the deck (including a cow and her calf) while eating dinner or having our morning coffee. Hot tub, kitchen and bathrooms were super clean. Bedrooms and family room were very, very welcoming. We would highly recommend.

This was a fantastic place for a few nights stay. The flow of stream next to the house provided us a nicer connection to the nature. It was quiet and the hot tub gave us nice opportunity to get relaxed. We could walk to restaurants of our choice. We would love to go back again.

My family and I loved Kari’s property. The views from every room were absolutely gorgeous. Our kids loved sledding in the back yard. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were all very comfortable. Kari was extremely helpful with local suggestions and accommodating of our requests. We definitely would recommend this property to any looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay, especially for families traveling with young kids.

Our stay in Idaho Springs was incredible! The cabin was nestled in the mountains near St. Mary’s Glacier, offering the perfect mix of adventure and tranquility. We loved being able to hike right from the property—St. Mary’s Glacier was just minutes away and absolutely breathtaking. The Airbnb was clean, well-stocked, and had all the cozy mountain charm we were hoping for. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck with a morning coffee and soaking in the peaceful surroundings after a day of exploring. The host was kind, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. This was the perfect mountain escape, and we’d definitely come back again!

We loved our stay here! All the amenities you need for a stay away from home with family, also we had a good-sized group and everyone had enough space to spread out and relax, we really enjoyed the hot tub with mountain views! We also had a lot of fun checking out the towns that were in close proximity to Tabernash, there was plenty to do and we loved some of the little gems we found in town. Easy drive to the National Park from here as well. Would definitely stay again at Kaylee’s place!
