Entrance, utility room with washing machine, and shower and toilet are on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, sofa bed and small loft (u. screen). There is a good indoor climate, 1 km to good shopping, 1 km to bus and 3 km to train. Extra mattress, bed linen, towels, etc. are available.

There is also a nice utility room and gamer room for children. The garden is 5000m ² and private. Minimum 2 nights - minimum 2 nights. Super location in short distance to the city center, with dining options, cafes and museums. Parking right at the door as well as supermarket, bakery and tank station. There is a private terrace with garden furniture - both covered and for sun, barbecue and fire pit. Everything is newly renovated. Note: Linen packages DKK 50,/per person (consisting of bed linen, 4 towels, bath mat, tea towels, etc.) mandatory. The home is not suitable for children or people with walking disabilities.

Lovely villa with peace and quiet.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. In rural surroundings but close to everything. The home is close to the university, OCC/Jyske Bank Arena and the new hospital. 7-minute walk to the light rail at Bilka and bus that takes you around the city. Also, a 7-15 minute walk to Ikea and Rosengårdscentret, where all shopping can be done. The home is on 3 floors, the basement is closed off. However, access to the washing machine can be arranged. Bedrooms are on the 1st floor as well as one bathroom.

Large historic house from 1864, renovated and updated, located only 15-17 min. From Odense Centrum. The house is well kept and there is Easy room for 4 adults and 2 child and possible more by using the air-mattress and or sofa. The House has an Amazing location and There are Bikes for 2 adults and 2 children to use for free, to explorer the area! Please note that’s this is not a hotel nor should you expect 4 star accommodation but it is a nice large family home!

Independent, newly renovated and very special home: Living room, kitchen, bathroom and loft. Sleeps up to 5. Located overlooking fields and forests and at the same time centrally located on Funen. It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
