We are renting out our lovely apartment for the summer vacation. It is located on the top floor (3rd floor) and measures 710 sq. ft. (66 sq. m) plus a 151 sq. ft. (14 sq. m) balcony. The apartment consists of a lovely, large, bright living room, a bedroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a hallway, and a bathroom. We personally renovated the entire interior of the apartment in the summer of 2025. The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of: Fredensborg station, approximately 10 minutes Pedestrian street with shops, dining options, and shopping opportunities about 15 minutes away. Fredensborg Palace with the palace grounds, approximately 20 minutes Esrum Lake, approximately 30 minutes

A unique, newly renovated villa apartment with 4 balconies. On the ground floor is the entrance with stairs up to the 2nd floor. Here is the bathroom, kitchen/living room, and living room with a sofa bed. The second floor has a loft with a mattress and space for 1-2 people. Garden with dining area, campfire area and lawn. 4-minute walk to a child-friendly beach and forest. Within walking distance is Humlebæk Station, from which there are trains to Copenhagen or Helsingør (with shopping and Kronborg). In the nearby area are Louisiana, Krogerup, and Nivågaard Samlingen. The cat Bailey comes along if desired.

You can walk there through a lovely forest, where you will find the “Krogerup” manor house with an organic café and farm shop. Hamlet's castle, Kronborg, is located 10 km to the north. About 400 meters away, there is a small beach with a jetty. The apartment is located near a train station, 2 supermarkets open 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., a pharmacy, a pizzeria, a shawarma stand, and a library. Everything within 100 meters.

Apartment in idyllic surroundings. Attractive location close to attractions, public transportation and Fredensborg pedestrian street. Consists of an entrance with storage space, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom. For max. 2 people. A separate part of a larger house where we live ourselves. Private entrance, so you have your own private area. There may be normal noise from the rest of the house. 90 m to the pedestrian street 200 m to Fredensborg Palace 200 meters to the nearest supermarkets 600 m to Fredensborg Station 1.3 km to Esrum Lake with an ice cream parlor & café

Lovely 1st floor apartment in rural villa

The accommodation is close to the beach and large natural areas. There are museums and culture nearby, including Louisiana, Elsinore, Kronborg and Fredensborg Castle. Copenhagen is 30 km away by train or car. The home is simple and modern with a stylish design. There is a large living room with ceiling to kip, modern kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher, two double bedrooms in each and a bathroom. Charm, silence and simple design make the apartment an ideal holiday spot. Owner lives in the house.

Bright and cozy apartment in Humlebæk.

Our cozy apartment with colors, musical instruments, a heart-shaped room, and a swing in the middle of the living room. Beautiful views of green areas from all the large windows. I live here with my 3 sons - and when we're not home, we think others should be able to have the pleasure of being here :-) There's still a bit of paint missing here and there, but everything is functional. It is about 900 meters to the nearest beach and 1.4 km to the train station (300 meters to the nearest bus stop).
