Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

There is underfloor heating throughout the house. 100 meters away is a small farm shop, and only 500 meters away is a private beach plot.

The area is known for its many hilly bike routes and there are plenty of opportunities for lovely walks in the natural area. If you are into golf, the house is right next to Mølleåens golf club and the exclusive golf club The Scandinavian is only at a distance of 5 km. If you want to experience Copenhagen, it's only a 30 km drive. Hillerød, Fredensborg and Roskilde are at a distance of 30-40 minutes drive.

Welcome to our newly renovated cottage located near Roskilde Fjord. You'll be surrounded by peaceful nature with view to our little lake and only 3 min walk to the fjord, which offers stunning sunsets. There is also possibility of charging your electric car if needed and the supermarket is only 5 min away by car. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Note. We accept only couples and families. We do not accept groups below 35. No parties are allowed.

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
