Welcome to a family-friendly and charming holiday home with a lot of history in the walls. The cabin has a sheltered location on Jeløy, and offers good sun conditions throughout the day. Designed to enjoy late days in the sun. In the common area there are several beach zones and playgrounds in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. The cabin is on 2 floors and offers a large living room, kitchen with large dining area, 3 spacious bedrooms (8 - 10 beds) and 2 bathrooms. There is a possibility for a berth on the jetty for an additional fee.

Cozy house of 200m2 with idyllic garden. There is something for everyone, a sunny porch, sandpit, gym and massage chair. Office with adjustable desk, printer. Centrally located in Gressvik with only a 6-minute walk (500m) to Gressvik Brygge where the City Ferry takes you free of charge to Fredrikstad city center in 11 min or all the way to the Old Town in about 25 min. Two playgrounds, outdoor kitchen and library nearby (5-10 min walk). The house has two living rooms, one of which has a Smart TV, sofa bed and many children's toys.

Boligen ligger inngjerdet under et stort kastanjetre med egen hage. Egen parkering for 3 biler. Det er 7 -8 km til Fredrikstad eller Sarpsborg sentrum. Buss til Fredrikstad 1 gang i timen. Grunnflaten i 1. etasje er ca. 115m². Her er det to store soverom, kjøkken, stue, vaskerom og et nyrenovert bad. 2. etasje har to soverom. Soveplass/spiseplass til 10 personer. Barnestol og sprinkelseng til barn er tilgjengelig. Vi bor selv rett ved siden av utleiehuset, og ønsker ikke høylytt festing der.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Boligen har to bad, et i hver etg. som er eldre i standard, men fullt funksjonelle og praktiske under oppholdet. Ute finner du en stor hage og gode uteområder. Huset er ikke nyoppusset, og standarden er noe enkel enkelte steder. Til gjengjeld får du god plass og en flott beliggenhet

A small and charming house by the sea

Huset ligger 40 meter fra havet og har en fantastisk utsikt over til Vestfold. Her kan du nyte både spabad, grilling med gassgrill, overbygd sittegruppe og noen fantastiske solnedganger. Det er ca 2 min gange ned til stranden hvor du kan bade, stupe og hoppe fra brygge, eller kose deg på en lang og flott sandbank som ungene elsker. Inne er det meste av fasiliteter, og utsikten over fjorden er like god fra sofaen. Huset ligger nest nederst i en blindvei.
