Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Free municipal consortium of Ragusa

A group of friends have spent a week in this property. We've occupied it whole. The property is magnificent and the photos that are published correspond faithfully with what you find later. The different apartments are spacious, comfortable, very well decorated, places where you want to be and spend time. All of them with a terrace, so you can spend time outside. We use only one of the kitchens, the one they call the main one and it was perfectly equipped, with everything you might need. Just a glue to the property: the water pressure in one of the bathrooms, which made the showers and hair washings take longer than necessary

For our taste, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever been to! Beautiful and tastefully furnished house with garden, where we – sitting on the terrace or lying in the hammock – spent a lot of time. You live in the middle of the countryside surrounded by great scenery, countless chirping birds, dogs, cats and chickens (which we fed every day). The beach is 10 minutes away by car, the surrounding towns (Scicli, Modica, Ragusa) are also only between 10 and 30 minutes away and all of them are really worth a visit. Charlie was a very dear, likeable host who provided us with many good tips and was also very accommodating. We stayed with him for almost two weeks and would have liked to stay longer!

We had the best time at Villa Antica Aia! Nobody believed that we are really going to stay in such a lovely, clean house with a beautiful garden, swimming pool, a please to cook and eat inside and outside. I don’t need to describe more because the villa looks exactly like on the pictures!! Oriana is the best host we’ve ever had, very kind, polite and always helpful. She welcomed us with apperitivo, showed us around, explained everything, was always available for us in case of questions where to find something. Thank you again and see you next year!

This is a great location for anybody looking to explore the south east corner of Sicily. We were two families - each with 3 kids - and they were able to accommodate all of us. Pool is incredible! We used this place a home base to explore the beaches, Modica, Noto, and Syracuse. Need a car to get here. Highly recommend.

The house and location were fantastic for us! We couldn't stop enjoying the peace and let the view wander over the beautiful countryside. The house is very nicely decorated and ideal for 2 persons. The facility is functional, without unnecessary stuff. Communication with Melissa was great. We really enjoyed it and would come back right away.

Great house to spend holiday with family, well suited for all of us 9 . Giuseppe and Graziella, met us and introduced to the house, very friendly and helpful hosts. House has all necessary for a nice holiday to feel at home, pleased to find cold water in the fridge, nice sweet grapes, pasata and pasta for a quick lunch in the cupboard, tea and all other basics to cook like home. Coffe machine did not work on first day, but hosts were very responsive and brought their own, they even bought us the coffee pods, very generous of them, thank you we really appreciated . Well located for a beach holiday, only 7 min walk to a wonderful long sandy beach. We were out of season apparently and no restaurants nearby on walking distance, but not an issue as we had a car and many around within 10-15 min drive.

Giorgio’s house was exactly what we wanted for our Modica vacation. A touch of the Sicilian countryside not too far from town. It truly did become home for the time we were there. Cooking pizzas in the wood fire oven and daily soaks in the wellness center. We won’t soon forget this beautiful place. The amazing cherry on top was Giorgio’s amazing hospitality and desire to share his local favorites with us.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. This is a fantastic place for exploring the area - only a few minutes to beaches and towns. Beautiful surroundings with fruit trees, nice outdoor seating, and nice pool. Indoor has lots of space and everything you need. This is a wonderful and unspoilt part of Sicily and we are so happy we found it.

Danila's house is absolutly beautiful. We also loved the private outdoor space.

The house is located in an alleyway, very quiet, very close to the center. After a few steps you get to the entrance on the ground floor. Inside, it looks like the photo, in fact there is also a small laundry room, it is clean, equipped and nothing is missing. The room and kitchen have a balcony. We had a really good time and I highly recommend it. Lastly, but not least, Stefania: we didn't meet her in person (her daughter welcomed us, very kind) but she was always available every time we contacted her.

The Giovanni's was absolutely lovely, very close to all the shops and restaurants with an amazing sea view and the beach just on your door step. The terrace was huge and there was plenty of space for 4 people in the apartment . Giovanni was a brilliant host, very helpful and quick to reply to every message. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. We would definitely stay again

Very happy with our stay!

We had such a great stay here. The place was exceptionally clean and had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect to explore the city centre and Modica was such a beautiful place. Giuseppe greeted us and was very friendly and responsive to anything we needed, would highly recommend this property.

Accommodation on the beach super nice even if indeed we are under the planes but as we had to fly the next morning it was perfect. Perfect breakfast. On the other hand I don't know if it was exceptional but there was a wedding in the beach restaurant and on the other side, in the beach bar also a concert, the apartment in between😩the music was loud so the night was not terrible. You can say noisy space.

Great hosting for both the welcome and the freedom you had during your stay. Very nice location, Sicily style, with guaranteed accessibility to all the facilities indicated in the description of the offer. Don't forget the fact that the host's restaurant is owned at the port. In short, excellent level.

Manuela's house is very nice and spacious, the garden is very well maintained and our little dog also enjoyed it so much, the veranda is a beautiful space, the pool, although small, is useful for cooling off at any time, the sea is also really just a short walk from the house! Manuela's hospitality and attention to guests, however, is worth even more than just accommodation. From the large tray of fresh fruit with which she welcomed us, to all the necessities for breakfast, games and colors for children, equipment for the sea, she made sure we had everything we needed. In addition, both she and her father were very ready to help us with any request or concern in a very short time. We'll be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful week - a party of nine, including two small children. The place is beautiful and huge - more than enough space to gather and also retreat. The large shaded courtyard and the gorgeous pool were highlights for us. Bedrooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Giuseppe is an attentive host, who took the time to show us round and let us know about all the amenities, even though we arrived late in the evening. He has a small office at the side of the property, with a separate entrance, so never a problem if assistance is required. It's a 10-15 minute drive to shops and amenities so a car is essential, but we enjoyed being away from the town because the location is very peaceful and private, and the view across the valley is really special. We stayed in few villas in the same village and Aurora’s villa is the best. The place is very charming, cozy and quiet. The garden and the house is classy yet simple. Aurora’s been very nice and friendly. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back

I had the pleasure of staying a few days in this beautiful location surrounded by greenery but still a few steps from Ragusa. Great and quiet location, Lucio confirmed himself as a very kind, proactive and helpful host. 5 stars deserved!

This villa exceeded all our expectations with its perfect modern design and thoughtful attention to detail. The layout flows beautifully from room to room, creating an atmosphere of elegant comfort throughout the space. Every amenity we could possibly need was provided, making our stay truly exceptional. The inclusion of EV charging was a wonderful convenience that made our trip seamless and stress free. But the true highlight was undoubtedly the heated outdoor pool - perfect for relaxing swims regardless of the weather! The villa's blend of modern aesthetics and practical features created the ideal backdrop for our getaway. We stayed for three nights at the end of our holiday and honestly I wished had booked for a week. You do need a car, but it’s in such a great location for day trips in all directions - hill towns and beaches all within 30/40 minutes. The pool was amazing. The property is extremely large compared to the photos - lots of space. Can’t fault it.

Francesco‘s place is real pearl - if you want to experience an unique country side pleasure with kids or with a bigger group this is the place. Great house with a lot of rooms and everything you need for normal living. A swimming pool and a big garden with a huge variety of trees and plants. A nice barbecue place and e well equipped kitchen are supporting the great experience. It is a perfect place for families with kids since the house and property is offering an adventure-like vibe. Also perfect for jogging or cycling in the area. Close to cities which are part of your south Sicily tour. Last but not least, Francesco is a great person who wants you to feel at home and this is what makes you enjoy aa much as possible.
