We had a wonderful time at Riccardo's! The stay has allowed us to experience the sea fully and very comfortably. The view as well as the proximity to the sea is something priceless. The house has everything a family may need. Highly recommended.

Very welcoming host and very nice place I would recommend it

Rosario was always available, the apartment was clean and if I had questions, they helped me right away. The view of the beach and proximity to the sea are really beautiful.

We were very well hosted by Daniela even though the check-in was a little chaotic with our GPS and the little information about the place, which is in the countryside. Daniela doesn't speak any English, which made things a little more complicated. But, we ended up finding it, that's the main thing. Upon arrival and departure, Daniela offered us Sicilian culinary specialties, which were very good and delicious fruit (special mention for almond cakes on the last day! ) The place is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool, especially since we were alone in the rental, which includes two other apartments. The beds are very comfortable. In short, we really enjoyed this place because we were quiet. We spent one night here. Although the listing mentions it is 2 apartments, we didn’t take into account what that meant. We are a family of 4 adults and our luggages were not person specific, so it would have been highly inconvenient to use the second apartment. We all fit in the first one so we chose to stay together. The queen bed is on a mezzanine above the two single beds. The mezzanine floor makes noise when someone rolls in bed or walks and it was a difficult sleep for the kids below. The parking is right beside the apartment and very convenient. The courtyard is really gorgeous and wish we were there longer to enjoy it. Overall, it suited our needs for the one night stay.

Magical place, especially the garden!

The beach is just across the road and restaurants a few 100mt walk away. The place was spotless and the outdoor area lovely. If you need to get around and visit other places you need a car. Taxi service is quite expensive and public transport not available. Thank you Alessandro!

A great place in the first row right by the sea. The apartment with a very large terrace is very clean, as good as new and absolutely recommended, especially because the rooms each had separate air conditioning. The terrace is sensational, as it offers a wonderful view of the sea over the dunes in front and always lets you hear the sound of the sea. At the same time, a staircase leads into the garden and from there it is only a few meters directly over the sand to the sea. So if you just want to refresh yourself in the sea, without walking far or wanting to lie on the beautiful sandy beach for a long time, you are in good hands here. There is a shower in the garden. The half-covered terrace also offers two sun loungers for sunbathing, but also a large shaded area with a table and seating. We mostly sat there and were very happy here in this little paradise and were also able to relax very well. We will be back !

The experience in Fabrizio's apartment was wonderful. Fabrizio proved to be a friendly and super helpful host, ready to respond to all our needs. The apartment is in a very nice summer residence, which on the days of our booking (around New Year's) was very quiet and super peaceful. We chose it for this and for the privileged location, a stone's throw from the highway, so as to allow us to easily get around. I highly recommend it both in winter and summer for the location, the beautiful beaches and the beautiful places that are easy to reach by car.

We stayed with Davide from August 22 to September 2 and we can only speak well of him. The apartment looks exactly as pictured. Spacious,bright, and extra clean. Recently renovated and finely furnished. Equipped with air conditioning and washing machine. There's nothing missing in the house. As soon as we arrived, Davide welcomed us with all the good humor and hospitality possible . She showed us the house and recommended how to get around the area, both in terms of amenities and places to visit. The sea is really close, as well as a supermarket, butcher,pharmacy, bar. It was great to be able to admire the sunset over the sea from the terrace. We felt at home from Davide and were able to spend a really 5-star vacation.

We had a great stay at this fantastic villa. The villa is immaculate, very comfortable and well equipped. The pool, garden and BBQ area are lovely. The pool was perfect for our 2 year old daughter as there’s a shallow area/entry and she managed to swim for the first time on her own here. Communication was great and we found the information booklet/PDF very useful. Would definitely stay here again/recommend to anyone.

Super nice and clean apartment in a residential area, 5 min walk to a beautiful beach with flat entry and beach shower as well as a toilet in the nearby beach cafe. There was even an umbrella and chairs available for the beach at the apartment. There is a shared pool with several loungers. Pozzallo itself has a beautiful seafront promenade. Maria was very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at the place for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The view, the entire grounds, the apartment and the pool were an absolute dream. You can tell that a lot of passion has been put into it. We thoroughly enjoyed it and can only recommend it. :-) Thanks Luisa and Samanta!

The stay at Mauro's was great. The house is beautiful, with well-kept furnishings, spacious and comfortable spaces and very clean. It is in a very quiet area but close to beaches and towns. Highly recommended.

We had a great 10 days at this beautiful house in the countryside! It is well equipped with everything you need and we especially appreciated the emergency spaghetti! It is close to Modica and there are several beautiful cities in the vicinity. The only downside is that the road that leads to the house is not too busy but you can still hear some traffic noises in the garden.

We had a great time, quiet place, very helpful and friendly host, 2 days of relaxation... very kind especially with us who were with a small child, with the flexibility of check-in and check-out.

Perfect host. Kind and affable. Very discreet and at the same time available. Very comfortable and spacious house. Equipped with every comfort and accessory. Clean as well as the linen that was provided. If we return to Modica, it will be our first choice.

How does one describe perfection? Let’s start with WOW WOW WOW! This is the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed. Think of a cave then think of 5 star luxury. They have thought of everything and with immense taste. Minutes from the centre of beautiful Modica, this is the perfect place to relax, pamper yourself and explore the amazing sights and history and offering a great range of restaurants and bars. The hosts could not have been more charming and helpful. This is a perfect bnb. Grazie!

We spent lovely 5 days at Alessandra's place. It's a perfect place to come if you have children – both the apartment and the amazing terrace are very safe for toddlers, there is a plenty of baby equipment that we could use and also many toys and other useful things for the beach. Alessandra and Hedi (and their dog:) are super friendly, warm-hearted hosts, very helpful and communicative. It really seems they enjoy having guests and taking care of them. In November the neighbourhood was very quiet, we had the beach for ourselves. Overall a great experience!

I start this review by enhancing Federica's hospitality, which was fantastic from when we booked until our checkout, and she also made herself available for the next few days, while not staying in her fabulous bnb. A nice modern and very clean place close to Ispica centre, with plenty of public parking right in front of the house or around the corner. Ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate more due to the sofa bed in the living room. It was very easy to communicate with Giacomo. Ispica has some really beautiful buildings and nice restaurants too.

Simone was extremely helpful and always punctual in her communication. The apartment has everything you need. Very close to the center

Everything was perfect, the entire apartment instead of the agreed-upon room. Unfortunately, because of the work in progress, it was difficult to get to the place easily. Lorenzo, however, gave us valid alternative information.
