La Vallée des Lutins, Terrace, Large Garden.

Completely renovated, classified 3*, it is located in a green setting on the wine route in Barr, (wine capital). It is fully equipped, large glass window overlooking the forest where our 4 adorable goats live that you can go see. Very cocoon atmosphere, its large garden borders a river . The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of our home and has a private entrance with access through the garden. Close to Strasbourg 30 minutes away, Colmar 40 minutes away, europapark 1 hour away

Between vineyards and mountains, our cottage is conveniently located for discovering our region, the Ballon de Guebwiller or the nearby Vosges. Our cottage can be the starting point for walks or bike rides to the surrounding lakes and peaks but can also be a point of arrival to enjoy the calm and nature. We are happy to guide you according to your wishes.

Le gîte dispose d’un Hammam dans la douche . Logement situé à 10 mn de la station de ski de la Mauselaine (Gerardmer) 12 mn du slalom ( La Bresse),400m du poli (Xonrupt). Les petits commerces se situent à 800 m ( tabac, boucherie, boulangerie, la poste, office de tourisme). Le lac de longemer est à 3km. Activités dans le secteur: casino, restaurants, discothèque, karting, bowling, accrobranches, piscine, tennis, activités nautiques, VTT, laser game, randonnée.

Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.
