Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in French Quarter, New Orleans

Dan’s place was perfect! He listed a bunch of local recommendations for restaurants, bars, recreational activities, and how to get around the city (although the house is in a very walkable location). The house itself was unique, beautiful, and clean. I would definitely recommend

The duplex was very nice. It was decorated with local art and furnishings that really went well with the New Orleans vibe. The kitchen was really well stocked with all cooking and eating tools you would ever need and there were even some beverages, spices, and milk (oat milk and regular!!). We really appreciated that toiletries were all included as well as plenty of towels, toilet paper, soaps, lotions, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The bed and furniture were comfy. Olandra was very good with communication, recommendations, etc. We really enjoyed the stay.

The location of Jason’s house was great - we were within a 10-15 minute drive of just about everything we wanted to do. The house looked exactly like the pictures but was bigger than the pictures make it look. Jason was very responsive when we had questions and provided local recommendations.

The pool jet was so amazing! It was so relaxing. Highly recommend this place. Thank you so much.

great location. quick 10 min to Frenchman St. 20 Min to Bourbon St. Neighborhood is nice, on the edge of somehwat blighted block, but we felt safe the entire time. Walked to breakfast (1 block) and a good coffee shop (Orange Couch, 4 blocks) each day overall solid place if you want a home base close to the action, but far enough away to not be up all night. Ubers were super easy to get and pretty cheap getting around. Overall a very positive experience

This was our first experience renting an Airbnb, so we weren't sure what to expect. Ray's place was amazing! It was very inviting and cozy. We're used to hotels - you know, the kind where doors are slammed, you got kids running up and down the halls screaming and it's impossible to sleep in. That was not an issue at Ray's. The neighborhood was very diverse and quiet, and sleeping in a little wasn't an issue. When we were looking for recommendations for food, he sent over a list and when we left some items behind, he kindly called and let us know. We can't wait to visit NoLa again and if available, rent Ray's place! Our only concern is that we're gonna be let down at any future Airbnb's because our experience with Ray was just that good! Do yourself and book with him! And if you do, tell him we sent you!

Probably my favorite space ever rented on Airbnb ever. So elegant, stylish, clean, beautiful, had everything I needed! We were completely comfortable and happy here. I would never want to stay anywhere else in NOLA.

An Amazingly Charming Stay in the Heart of New Orleans! This home perfectly captures the spirit of New Orleans. The exterior has that classic, historic charm I dream about when I think of the city, and the interior beautifully balances vintage character with modern comforts—those beds were incredibly comfortable! The original hardwood floors and thoughtful furnishings made it feel both cozy and stylish. Just a heads-up: this is a true New Orleans shotgun house, so the rooms flow one into the next with no hallways. It’s also a duplex with shared walls, so sound can carry—something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. That said, the charm and location more than made up for it. We felt completely safe walking to and from the French Quarter (just a 15-minute walk), even late at night. The hosts were responsive, kind, and made everything easy. I would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

Khalil’s place was exceptional! We would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we come to New Orleans. It was spotless, easy to get to, and a beautiful place! It’s not far from the quarter at all, and easily walkable or a short uber ride to surrounding areas. He was so nice to communicate with too. We were able to check in a little early and have a later checkout as well, which was great.

I really appreciated the flexibility of an early check-in and the waived fee—it made our arrival much smoother. The space was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and thoughtfully arranged. The location was perfect—central to everything we wanted to explore. Overall, we’re very grateful for the great accommodations!

Joe was the most genuine and kind host I think I have ever had. Paul too!!! The home was stunning and cozy, always cool after a long walk around the city. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood never felt uncomfortable for even a second. We even had a moment of panic on our last night when we couldn't find our key (we did end up finding it.. phew) and Joe was helpful and understanding at a late hour. My only regret is not taking the chance to get to know the neighbors better!! Thank you again for being our home away from home for our honeymoon!!! Love - The Niedzinski Family

We loved staying in this condo in New Orleans—it was perfect for our family! The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to cook meals. The condo was very clean, with nice beds, fresh towels, and even a coffee pot, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Highly recommended

Beautiful hidden gem minutes from French Quarter. Great place to stay if you want to be in the center of the action without the noise. The only issue we had was getting our luggage to and from the room. There was a lift we tried to use but it would not open once we got it to the top. I would definitely stay again.

Accurate description. Great location in Fr qtr. Building entrance near late night bar and up a few flights of stairs. Could use a bit more attention to dusting/cleaning to furniture, but acceptable overall.
