We had a great experience during the stay. This is an ideal option for large families who prefer a quiet and safe environment. The basement gets a bit chilly and dryer wasn’t working but overall a very helpful host and good property

From the first moment we felt at home due to the very friendly and efficient way in which Katinka, the host, welcomed us. She helped carrying suit cases and gave lots of practical information about public transport, shops in the vicinity, all kind of details about the peculiar Vienna parking system, etc. She was always reachable via cell phone and was at our disposal whenever we needed her. She was genuinely interested in our experiences of the past day. The fact that Katinka also speaks fluently English was helpful. She is a perfect host. Also the cosy apartment made us feel at home with 4 separate spacious rooms in typical East European City style: spacious hall, large living/bedroom , kitchen and bathroom, lots of windows with traditional double glass windows. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the beautiful traditional apartment building, with its typical stairway hall. This made us forget that there was no elevator to the second floor where we lived. A place to return.

I especially liked the simple 15-minute walk to the subway. On the way there you pass 2 bakers and a supermarket, where you can always get something quickly. It should be noted that the walls are soundproof and unfortunately there are also people who do not behave as considerately as you do. It sometimes happened that, despite the regulated night's rest, music was still playing on the upper floor after 11 pm. But Clara warned me about the volume, so everything is okay!

* Location: peaceful surrondings, private garden, huge park nearby, clean air * House: clean, well equipped, we felt right at home, quality & comfortable furnitures. The private garage was a big plus as well * Host: kind, helpful, quick to respond to messages * Overall: the best place I have stayed in Vienna so far. Highly recommended to all!
