This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

On the site, the field stone walls of an old stable have been preserved as a picturesque ruin. 2 swimming lakes are within walking distance. The guest apartment belongs to the Hollerhof, whose atmosphere I shaped as an artist. You will find peace and relaxation under old trees, on sunny meadows, in shady garden oases, there are hammocks, campfires and a ruin garden with terrace. 5 minutes' walk to the Krumme Lake, surrounded by great scenery. For a creative break, I offer everything you need. The original charming ballroom can be rented for parties, weddings, music, film, photo shoots and more.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

My place is close to NATURE, LAKE, FOREST, FIELDS, MEADOWS, PONDS, STARS. Very nice apartment with two rooms, each equipped with a double bed in the house on a large 3-sided courtyard with garden directly on the lake in the Schorfheide-Chorin biosphere reserve, 70 km north of Berlin. All land lovers are welcome.
