Campsite holiday rentals in Friesland

We had a wonderful long weekend in the safari tent - even the rain could not spoil the great experience. The tent was exactly as described: cozy, clean and perfectly equipped. It was an exciting little adventure, especially for the children, which they will not forget so quickly forget. We really liked the quiet location and the seclusion - just the thing to switch off and enjoy nature. Johannes was a great host: very helpful, friendly and always quick to respond when we had a question. Thank you for this special break - we will be happy to come back!

great quiet spot in rural Netherlands. we only had a short stay, but would love to come back. the tent was perfect and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the light rain.

We loved our stay at Geradine and Hans' green paradise! From the lovely welcome to our last swim in the adjusted Lettelbertdijk, we had a great time, enjoying our luxury tent, the hens, the fresh vegetables!

our stay with Hans was immediately our first Glamping experience and, honestly, finding it is going to be better. Everything was fine down to the last detail. What a wonderful location and extremely friendly host. Also in terms of cleanliness 10/10.

We stayed a long weekend in a safari tent with Annemarie and her husband at the campsite. The two safari tents are located on a separate part of the campsite with a beautiful view. Very nice! If you are a light sleeper, it is nice to know that the campsite is along a busy road. This took us a while to get used to, but after 2 nights you get used to it. The tent itself was really equipped with all comforts, including a spacious veranda with a nice chill bench. We rented sups from Annemarie. Her husband took the SUPs to a beautiful nature reserve. A very fun activity with children!

Can be recommended, for children the pool is very large, playground nearby. The caravan was pleasantly large with a guest toilet.

I spent a simply exceptional weekend in Laura's tent. The place is perfect for a romantic getaway: cozy, cute and very well thought out. Everything is tastefully decorated, the atmosphere is peaceful and the natural setting makes the experience even more magical. I would highly recommend to those looking for a moment of disconnection for two. Thanks again Laura for the warm welcome!

Glamping was the first time for us. Was a little smaller than on pictures but was cozy. Coffee maker is with taps, there is not a toaster. The toilets and showers are outside. These are very clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We made a small stopover here on the way back. We stayed in the covered wagon and we liked it very much. The bed is very comfortable. In the covered wagon, there is a small cooking area, a small refrigerator. Toilet/shower are located in the farmhouse and can be used there, as well as a kitchen and lounge. Willem's sweet, cuddly dog kept us company all morning, and saying goodbye to him was really hard for us. We liked it very much, we are otherwise always campers, so we lacked nothing. Very nice, likeable host and great accommodation, something completely different. I'm sure we'll be back.

The airbnb is very cozy and nice! The campsite is perfect for family and kids, it has a nice swimming pool and a lovely playground! Our host was very nice and accommodating!

My daughter and I spent a long weekend at the campsite and slept in a tipi. That was quite comfortable, nice mattresses and a spacious tent with even a cozy seating area. We have the gas barbeque in front of the tent, and there was also a fire bowl to make a campfire. There are 6 tipis that are in a circle on a separate field, with a shared picnic table in the middle, very cozy. The outdoor kitchen is ideal, you can also eat there together. At the campsite there is a jetty with sun loungers on a wide ditch. There are canoes and sups and you can rent a whisper boat. Unfortunately, we have not been able to use it due to the weather. Crista and Gert had a pizza night organized and that was very cozy, despite the bad weather. We had a nice mini vacation!

A great little place with just enough supplies. You can't find it much nicer. Especially in combination with the already hot-fired hot tub. Cozy atmosphere, nice host (in our case)! Recommended!

Our stay in the tent at the campsite in Friesland was just fantastic! The tent was spacious, cozy and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing camping holiday. The loving furnishings and the comfortable beds immediately provided a feel-good feeling. I especially loved the great location of the campsite, surrounded by the idyllic nature of Friesland. The proximity to the lakes and the bike paths offers numerous leisure opportunities. The campsite itself is very well maintained, and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. A perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy nature. The tents are a little off the beaten path, so you can enjoy even more privacy. We will definitely return!
