Workers' cottage (from 1914) in the picturesque Frisian town of Grou. The cottage is ± 100 meters from the Pikmeer and the jetties of boat rental Anja. A south-facing backyard with a sheltered terrace. French doors from the kitchen/dining area give access to the garden and terrace. In the shed, there are two bicycles that can be used for trips. The house and the furnishings are in good condition, new Swiss Sence Boxspring bed, comfortable sofa, dining table overlooking the garden.

Cozy ground floor apartment with garden near the city center

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Beautiful double room in the heart of Leeuwarden

The house with private room is located in the center of Leeuwarden, a 5-minute walk from the shops. Also close to the Jumbo supermarket - where you can park cheaply for €3.50 to €6.00 per day - and 2 minutes walk from the Prinsentuin (a beautiful park for walking, sitting, swimming). There is plenty to do in the area! In addition, the center of Leeuwarden also offers plenty of activities, because Leeuwarden was the cultural capital of Europe in 2018.

Cozy compact room near the city center

The room is on the upper floor where there are 2 b&b rooms. From this compact comfortable room (12 m2), you can walk to the center of Leeuwarden in 12 minutes. In the same time you walk from the station to the Airbnb. The quiet room was completely newly built in 2022. Features a private (rain)shower and toilet. But the most important thing in the room is of course the nice box spring bed. There is a coffee corner (Dolce Gusto!) with sink.

Townhouse right in the center. The city center of Leeuwarden buzzes with cozy restaurants, shops, terraces and entertainment venues at a minimum distance. You can park in the 2 nearest car parks, both of which are approximately 550m away. If you come by bike you can store these in the bicycle shed (about 50 meters from the house). The house is in a side street of the shopping street Sint Jacobsstraat.
