Holiday rentals with a sauna in Friesland

Cozy cottage, nicely decorated, nice host and clean. I will definitely come back sometime!

There were four of us (children 2 and 7 years old) on vacation here. The apartment is well equipped, located in a quiet hotel complex. The highlight of every day was the swimming pool! You're there in a minute, just great for kids! The surroundings are magical, Hollum is a wonderful little place and the sea is of course unsurpassed. You can park the car and bicycles right outside the door. All in all highly recommended!

The house is really good, amazing ameneties, I would expected having bed linen and towels(offered at 12.50 pp), but other than that the place, house and host were great, clean and the atmosphere is amazing

We had a great time and it was very cozy. The space is beautiful and very nicely decorated with beautiful creations in terms of lamps and cabinets. It is a beautiful, large, open and bright space. The beds slept wonderfully and very cozy that there is a stove. The garden also looks beautiful and cozy. The bathroom is also fully equipped and clean. Enough towels, etc. Also just very nice to sleep with the children in the same room. Outside, there were also nice animals. The children loved this. Roger is a very friendly host. We had a nice chat. Absolutely subject to repetition for us. A beautiful environment with the Wadden Sea within a short walking distance and sheep on the dike. We ate well at the local pub.

We were there for a week with our kids and grandma and grandpa. The apartment was super cut and equipped. The sauna was the high light. Everything was easily accessible by bike. Gladly come back.

The apartment Zwaluw has a very nice view from the large balcony. Hosts were very accommodating, friendly, concerned about our well-being and warm. For longer stays, bed linen and towels were exchanged and residual waste was disposed of. Thus highly recommended. Gladly again, best regards, Sabine and Andreas.

There were two of us staying at the property for 4 nights, which belongs to a larger complex. The communication with the owner was straightforward and friendly. Everything necessary was available on site, coffee, tea, etc. was ready for the first day. Thank you! We were able to rent bikes right in the building and explore the area. All in all, our holiday was very relaxing. We liked the place and Ameland very much!

We spent a weekend with two families, including four children. Location is beautiful, quiet yet close to all amenities. The accommodation is very complete and equipped with every comfort. The children have enjoyed the space with table tennis, pool table and shuffleboard for hours. Ideal when it was raining outside. The horses outside were also very popular with the children. The sauna and plunge pool for the parents made the house complete. Mieke is very hospitable and gave us good tips for the area. We had a fantastic weekend. The kids can't wait to go again. We were there in June, four of us – despite the rain and colder temperatures, we were able to enjoy our stay thanks to the sauna and the heated pool, which was our highlight! We were very warmly welcomed, the accommodation is really great – we can only recommend it and will definitely come back. The adjacent forest is great for walking and Groningen and Leeuwarden are each just under 30 minutes away by car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and the property were very clean and beautifully furnished. Communication with Marc was great and he was able to help us immediately with any questions.

If you want a weekend away in the Netherlands (in our case) and also with 2 adults and 4 children, you pay the main price everywhere for a place to stay. For this house, it was just fun and completely for the luxury we got in return, but also that there was also something left to do some things with the children next to the stay alone. And the contact was very nice, understanding and with quick responses. Was a weekend what felt like a week.

We enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic time in Midwolde. It was easy to start our bike tours from here. The sauna and all other amenities were outstanding! A very tasteful intererior design. The beds were so comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a short vacation with two children. The accommodation has enough space for a family of 4. The rooms were all clean. You have everything you need. And we had felt like at home. In the garden there is a nice sauna and a large hot tub. The sauna is worth the money in our opinion. And we were allowed to enjoy the hot tub to the fullest with the wood provided to us free of charge. The surroundings and a very nice playground also leave nothing to be desired. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you and all the best!

We had a great time in this beautiful cottage in the countryside. The welcome was very warm, the cottage was clean and very characterful. We completely relaxed and the jacuzzi was great. We expected the pool to be open, but in the end we had a great time swimming in the Canada lake and with long walks. Highly recommended for anyone looking for beautiful nature and tranquility.

Delightfully enjoyed our weekend away. Upon arrival, Sandra welcomed us and brought us eggs from her own chickens. The sauna and jacuzzi were wonderful and the cottage was super nicely decorated! Repeatable :).
