Enjoy the lovely setting of this small beautifully renovated railway carriage. Set in a quiet location just outside the City of Colchester & close to the towns of Manningtree & Dedham. With an enclosed garden & lovely views out across the fields it’s the perfect place to relax & unwind whilst the log burner keeps you toasty warm. You will also have sole use of the Pergola. We have a beautiful antique fire pit for you to use. We supply enough wood for a couple of hours. Extra can be bought.

Anchor cottage, an Historic Home and now with EV charger, is a delightful period, cottage situated in the heart of The Anchorage, once known as Mersea City on Mersea Island. It has three bedrooms, a large double, a twin room and a downstairs single bedroom. The bathroom is on the ground floor and large sitting/dining room with a gas heater and provides plenty of space for five people indoors and there is a private, wrap around garden with BBQ area that enjoys the sun at most times of the day.

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Close to the sea and fields. Great for relaxing or walking your dogs. Holland Beach is a 15 minute walk and the nearest dog park is a 5 minute walk across the road. We only rent to over 21's. All dogs are welcome at no extra charge but must be kept on a leash, whilst out on site. Great bus service into Clacton town and direct buses to Colchester, St Oysth and Harwich. Club house has decent acts on but you must purchase site passes to watch.
