Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Frisco

Great location, easy access, cleanest jacuzzi I've seen, fantastic pool, close to the beach through a 100 yard trek through some brush, a path with stairs, and a mid-sized dune. Comments from my friends: 1) a lot of stairs and incline beach access for people with mobility issues. 2) Game room is completely separate from the rest of the house. 3) No staircase to top floor from the deck, but no biggie. 4) Great spaces and amenities, but bathrooms do not have fans or opening windows so watch out there.

This was our 2nd time staying, We absolutely love the private peacefulness atmosphere! Perfect getaway for a couple. As well as how clean and kept the property is! The bar is set high. The home made us really feel at home. Hopefully it will be available for future visits!

Home was great for our family. Good access to the sound and area beaches. House was well stocked. Nice to have access to kayaks and bikes.

WOW We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The place was so comfortable and well stacked plus so much more spacious than we anticipated. We loved having breakfast looking at the sound with magnificent views, our puppy enjoyed the huge yard and every night of our stay we walked around the canal looking at marine life in the water. The local restaurants Pop's had the best food and the location of the home was so convenient to either side of the Island. Loved Frisco Beach and the sound side where we saw a beautiful sunset. Highly recommend this home.

I am pleased to say that my stay at the house was absolutely incredible. The house was in immaculate condition and it felt like a normal house. With a full kitchen and a laundry machine and drier it felt like a perfect vacation home to me. There were plenty of things to do around the house. I did a lot of fishing in the Avon area and the house fired my needs perfectly. The 2 hoses out side the house and the outside shower made it super easy to rinse my gear off. It wasn’t super far from a few different beach accesses. I would 100% stay at this house again. I highly recommend it if you’re thinking about traveling to the obx.

This stay was amazing and the cottage is beautiful! We love the location as it’s close to Conner’s grocery, Buxton Village Books, few local places to eat that we frequent while visiting OBX and also the new ABC. The cottage had everything we needed. We mostly went out for meals but needed only minimal items for a few meals cooked at home. Both of the beds were SO comfortable, which is always a concern when traveling. Even the bathroom towels felt luxurious. We will definitely be staying here next time we come, as it was everything we needed and more (two adults and two toddlers).

We have been visitors to Ocracoke for years, this was our first time renting a house and Claudia's home was perfect. The layout of the home, the amenities, and the "extras" she provides...beach chairs, towels, detergent, cleaner, trash bags, etc. shows she is a TRUE SUPERHOST. We stay at a lot of airbnbs as guests and are superhosts ourselves. Highly recommend! 😊

This home waas ideally located near two beaches and a museum. There was also a great restaurant near the home. You did not have to go far to fish and the indoor pool was great.

It was the perfect spot for a long weekend! Very private area and beautiful surroundings. Will definitely look into coming back here.

We loved spending the weekend at Papa’s Place. My boyfriend and I were looking for a low key, quiet spot to get away and relax, and this place was perfect! It is walking distance to several good restaurants and the beach while still being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The people of the neighborhood and of Buxton as a whole were friendly and helpful. Papa’s place is the perfect size for a couple, and the full kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook. The highlight of our trip was sitting out on their porch with their cat Juan!

It was the perfect spot for our mini get away. I loved the location, especially the ice cream shop just a couple houses down! The Tavern restaurant was in walking distance, along with a deli! Everyone was very friendly. Price was very reasonable, especially for a last-minute booking. Thank you for getting us in an hour earlier too! We had a wonderful time, our doggie too!

I highly recommend this place. Quiet and peaceful yet close to everything. I’m looking forward to returning. The host was wonderful and has great recommendations.

Everything was as described. This place has everything we needed from the kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom. Very good experience overall. I would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Nikki’s apartment very much. The space is very clean, inviting and had all the amenities listed on the description. The photos are accurate and reflect the second floor apartment well. We like to cook a few meals while traveling and found all the pots, pans and utensils we needed in the kitchen. New appliances are also available. It is located in a peaceful, quiet and safe neighborhood. Nikki and her husband were friendly and available if needed. Would definitely consider returning again.

Very nice and very clean place near the beach and centrally located. The host's family is so quiet that it feels like you've reserved the whole house even though you're staying in the bottom floor. Host responds to texts very promptly and is very helpful. Her place was very clean and had a wonderfully stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed and a quiet neighborhood allowed for restful nights which is a nice change from beach-side locations which can be noisy.

Jenni’s home was great and exactly as we had expected. Jenni was very responsive (in a timely manner) and helpful during our stay. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Me and my husband loved staying at their place they were very accommodating we had to move where we was and stayed at her place and check in time was at 4 and she let us check in at 2 very nice about it. They had beach chairs and a cooler that was offered which was very nice of her. The place was very clean with every single dish you could need to cook. The neighbors were super nice. The beanbag they had was amazing my daughter loved it. The beds were a little bit too firm but still very nice place. The parking spot was a little small but it was sheltered.

I got the place for my parent’s anniversary and they had the best time! They loved staying at this location and were able to check in easily. It was especially good for my mom who has some issues getting around. The location is easily accessible for people who might have handicap issues. Overall this place was amazing and my parents are planning on staying there again in the future!

If you are looking for a small place to just get away by yourself for a week I recommend this place. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the sunrise and drink your coffee. I personally loved that there was a nice breeze all the time and the view was amazing. It is great having a full kitchen and the ability to do laundry.

Very communicative, bare bones, just as advertised. The home was pristinely clean. The views were beautiful, gorgeous sound views from the balcony. The beach is just a short walk away and the pier is a 5 minute drive. Perfect location in Avon & Mike is super friendly! Be mindful that you will have to bring bath towels, but other necessities were supplied by the cleaners and lasted us through a full week. This was transparently advertised though. The living room is not quite as comfortable as we would’ve liked, but that’s just our preference. The rest of the house was very comfortable and we were pleased with the furnishing. The space is clearly well taken care of. Avon overall is a wonderful place to visit. The locals were probably the most friendly we’ve experienced in the OBX. The area is very remote and you can see the stars and even have a bonfire on the beach. Plenty of free parking and easy public beach access. Really good restaurants too. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

Clean, modern accommodations. Short walk to beach. Good value for money. Flexible check-in really helped us out. Housekeeping was responsive to our requests for more towels, trash bags, etc. More suited for shorter stay versus long stay due to no kitchen, dining space. Overall, we had a great time.

We had a wonderful one night stay! We would have booked a longer stay had we planned better-next time! Cozy room, perfectly furnished, comfortable bed and terrific surroundings. We’d definitely stay again! Thanks for a memorable 27th anniversary getaway!

This is a perfect place to stay while on Ocracoke! Very comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed a swim in the pool too! This spot is quiet and lovely. We enjoyed our morning coffee around the pool and enjoyed the smell of jasmine that was starting to open up and listened to the mourning doves. Easy walk to Ocracoke Coffee and The Back Porch restaurant. Don’t forget to shop at Bella Fiore and Books to be Red. We will be back!

Where do I start… Absolutely great views, quiet neighbors, and great places to eat! To top all that off is how clean and beautifully decorated the condo was. Very relaxing, everything we needed was there, not cluttered, and communication was great! What more could you ask for!
