The holiday home was built in 2018 and is located in the popular climatic health resort of Schwabstedt, about 16 kilometers southeast of Husum and 10 kilometers northeast of Friedrichstadt at the lower reaches of the Treene. About five kilometers south, the main road 202 runs from St. Peter-Ording via Friedrichstadt. Schwabstedt itself has a good infrastructure, such as a pharmacy, a merchant, restaurants and several doctors - all within walking distance.
