Holiday rentals with a sauna in Frisia

Jens and Christiane's accommodation was great and even more beautiful than in the photos. Generously cut, great and high-quality furnishings, everything (including the garden) very well maintained. We spent a lot of time in the large garden or with the doors and windows wide open and were able to relax in a very private and quiet way due to the location of the accommodation. Very clear recommendation! Thank you for the wonderful time!

Moin :), everything worked out great from check-in to checkout. Apartment was very nice and modern. The hosts were very nice and gave a lot of tips for the accommodation and around it. For me, a highlight was the table tennis room, sauna and swimming pool, which was completely renovated. The location was quiet, exactly what we wanted, to come down. Restaurants or places to have breakfast were quickly accessible. There is a small fitness room where I would like to have a dumbbell and a few yoga mats or a treadmill. But it should only be a tip, otherwise everything was great and I would always come back here :) Regards, JP

We enjoyed our stay for four with dog in the Norderdiekhuus. The location is fantastically beautiful, with plenty of peace and privacy, yet much is quickly and easily accessible. The house is very high quality and nothing was missing, so we didn't have to worry about anything during our time there. The living area and kitchens are more than high-quality, the terrace is inviting and the bedrooms have a great view of the beautiful nature. Each of us would recommend this accommodation without reservation.

Very nice stay with very friendly hosts! The location is also great, close to the center of Barneveld but still completely in the tranquility of the countryside. The surroundings are also beautiful, a beautiful area for cycling on the Veluwe.

We had a great time staying at this place. A nicely furnished and cozy apartment in the center of Alkmaar, in a backyard where the cat greets you every morning. Everything has been thought of and Vincent and Grace are very accommodating and helpful. I recommend this place!

Very nicely located apartment. Super accessible overlooking the sea. Especially the friendly communication with Maren and Michael was lonely. Very quick feedback and many tips about restaurants. Wangerooge is always worth a trip and the apartment is super centrally located yet quiet. Always happy to come back.

Simply terrific! The "cabin" is located in a spacious garden where there are many nice seating areas! The rabbits hop decoratively through the garden! An idyll! The cabin is clever, practical and beautifully decorated! Everything well thought out!

Very nice, clean apartment. Very well equipped. Everything necessary was available. Balcony available with views of the countryside and sunshine from noon. For us as dog owners ideal location next to a small forest. Everything within walking distance. Communication with Torge very good and the apartment was already available far before scheduled check-in. All in all great for us!!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time in Reckum – and especially thanks to the great host! Already at check-in, we were warmly welcomed and felt immediately comfortable. Our host was consistently personable, incredibly patient and helpful at all times. Whether it was tips for the area, small concerns or spontaneous questions – he always had an open ear and a solution ready. His competence and serenity have made our stay truly special. Els was very flexible about the arrival. She was extremely accommodating and very very attentive in the form of small amenities such as drinks and snacks. Even bikes were provided to us. We were positively surprised.

Beautiful house nestled in peaceful surroundings. Marjon is very friendly and has put great attention to details (e.g. really nice soap, tea, interior etc.). The apartment is super cozy with a nordic interior style and from the balcony you have a lovely view to the garden and the fields all by yourself. The sauna was great, producing a powerful steam. Marjon provided us with tips for nice walks in the area which we thoroughly enjoyed- we’ll definitely be back!

We spent a weekend with two families, including four children. Location is beautiful, quiet yet close to all amenities. The accommodation is very complete and equipped with every comfort. The children have enjoyed the space with table tennis, pool table and shuffleboard for hours. Ideal when it was raining outside. The horses outside were also very popular with the children. The sauna and plunge pool for the parents made the house complete. Mieke is very hospitable and gave us good tips for the area. We had a fantastic weekend. The kids can't wait to go again. This is a beautiful airbnb in a forested location; peaceful and quiet. There is ample seating outside to enjoy the natural surroundings. It’s a very charming place to stay; we loved it!

We had a great time with six adults. The space was good for the six of us. Monique and Peter sent very clear instructions about the accommodation. Immediately after booking, we were informed that a number of sleeping places are accessible with a somewhat steeper staircase. Very thoughtful but was also clear from the description and the photos. Beautiful view, beautiful, very large garden. Sauna was wonderful all in combination with the outdoor shower. Space to put the bikes down dry, very nice. Being able to charge your car is also a plus. And Peter and Monique were super nice. We even got a discount on the use of the sauna because they found it annoying that the weather was not so good. I can accommodate anyone who wants to get away from it all with a few people and enjoy the peace and space that is available.

Typical Dutch cottage – charming, cozy and exactly as described. We felt very comfortable. The only small point: we would have found a microwave practical at times. The location is ideal as a starting point for bike tours in all directions. Highly recommend for those seeking tranquility and nature!

Pia is a very pleasant, friendly and reserved hostess. We were there for three nights as a patchwork family (9 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 dog) who had come together for a few days from Berlin, Hamburg and the greater Aachen area. We had to rearrange a little so that we had a place to sleep for everyone and yet everyone could have breakfast and eat together, which is easily possible in the old school on the 1st floor. Since we had rented all the living areas, there was a retreat for almost everyone. The environment is very quiet and rural, but in our case, that was also intentional. A few kilometers away in Schweiburg there is a very good bakery as well as a small supermarket. One morning, we did a guided mudflat hike with the whole family, which was fun for everyone and also educational. So all in all, a nice get-together!

AirBnb stands out strongly from others. This is an excellent place to unwind! We even liked the accommodation better in person than in the pictures. An absolute unique piece and highly recommended. The hosts are very nice and uncomplicated. Thank you!
