Located 18 miles outside of Homer. Hand built here on the ranch in the style of my family's hunting cabins; with a few finishing touches. Offering a full kitchen, bathroom , shower, this cabin has electric lights and a oil heater in place of the temperamental wood stoves. Our area offers stunning views of Kachamack bay, our small ranch and peony farm. This spot is close enough to enjoy the shops and cuisine of Homer 15 mins away, or enjoy the solitude and grab a cocktail at The Homestead nearby. Four miles beyond us takes you to Eveline State Rec Area. The cabin is cozy- monitor heat or the warmth of late day sun through the southwest facing picture windows. A clean composting outhouse completes the rustic atmosphere.
