Great place with a beautiful view. It was well stocked with all of the essentials and bedding we could need! The only thing I would note is the bluff is quite a bit closer than it looked in the photos, so I would not recommend this Airbnb if you have young children. Definitely not a negative thing as you cannot beat the beautiful location and view but something to consider if you have littles.

Joe and Aranda's place is so cozy. We stayed 4 nights and wish it could have been longer. This cabin felt like going home after exploring Homer and was also wonderful when it rained all day and we didn't go out. Recommend staying here and hopefully I can do it again when back in Homer.

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious, and the views were mesmerizing. Glaciers, mountains, the bay, and only a few minutes outside the hustle and bustle of the main town. Very much enjoyed staying, and the beds were SO comfy! 10/10 would reserve again!

The stay at Whale view retreat was spectacular. The views were great and the house was very comfortable. It was everything promised and more!

Such a sweetly situated and lovely home!! We all loved it and felt more than comfortable. The home had nooks and crannies full of Alaska findings and spacious views of the canal and neighboring historic homes. It was such a pleasure to stay here!!!

The cabin we stayed in was perfect - everything we needed and more. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly, ready to help with whatever we needed. Was also really nice to be close to everything but also in a quiet little area to recoup. Would stay again!

This a fantastic space for large families/groups visiting Homer. Great location and the house is huge with a great view! Well appointed kitchen and comfy beds. The host was very quick to respond when needed. I knocked off a star because although the house sleeps 14, the kitchen table is only for six and there is no deck furniture exept four Adirondack chairs. The view is so pretty that spending time out on the deck or around fire pit is something everyone will enjoy.

We stayed at this cozy cabin for 2 days and it was amazing! The cabin itself is a well maintained home that offers amazing views of the ocean, and authentic Alaskan relics. The porch is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and think about writing your next novel. Just as a heads up, the road and driveway is a little steep/small for a larger vehicle, but there are plenty of parking options available. The steps to the loft are also a little steep for someone that might have some mobility issues. I highly recommend making this place a special part of your Alaskan adventure!

Pat was a great host. although he had to leave out of town before we arrived he communicated when we had to ask questions. Cabin is perfect with great ammenities. Loved being able to have access to firewood and the view could never be beat. Would reccomend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Staying at Old and Bold was fantastic! June and her husband Felix were wonderful hosts and are now my new friends. The home was immaculate and the view spectacular. It felt like staying with family. June and her three dogs were wonderful! My dog Maddie loved playing with them and June checked on her when I was away. The only thing I would say, is that the listing made it look like I was renting the whole home, but it was only the bottom floor. It ended up being better that way and my stay was incredible. I will be back!

The location was absolutely PERFECT for our stay! We could walk to most things and also had a beautiful view from the window and porch. The decor and overall setup of the space was perfect and so well decorated!! Marya also went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable, purchasing a washing basin before we got there for my hand wash items. She really did not need to do that but it was such a kind touch, along with the snacks, umbrellas, and recommendations she provided. I would stay here a million times more if I could!! Thank you again, Marya - you truly are a gifted host!

I was looking to stay in Ninilchik and this gem met all my needs and exceeded them. Beautiful location, clean and cozy cabin! And the communication was above expectations!

Would love to come back & stay again! Really appreciated the small touches that the hosts did to make us feel welcome, including my dog. The space is so cute with beautiful surroundings & it felt very private in the hot tub space as well. Thanks for everything. Homer is such a cool spot.

Reenie and John were great hosts. The property was just as they described in the listing. The view to the bay is spectacular. After a long day of fishing the clean hot tub was really enjoyed by our group of 4. We cooked all of our meals and there was adequate cooking amenities to work with. Hope to stay again on a future visit.

The location was beyond beautiful. This has to be one of the most beautiful locations I've ever stayed. It is about the size of a very roomy hotel room (with better amenities). The only issue I had was one of the other guests called in a noise complaint when I thought we were being very respectful of the other guests. We were having a fire later in the night and we kept everything to a normal speaking volume and we received a message telling us that we were being too loud. There was another guest there that was a frequent visitor, and he said that he has had a common issue with other frequent visitors filing similar complaints against them. But the hosts were kind and understanding. All things considered, this place was absolutely beautiful and well worth every penny spent. There is just no beating those views.

Our family stayed in two of the smaller cabins. The location is perfect for heading to the Homer spit, the beaches and some of the other points of interest in Homer. We really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and cold plunge which was a big draw for booking this place. The cabins are basically brand new with high end appliances and fixtures and we had no issues. We cooked in one night, ate some great seafood on the spit and dined at Fat Olives. Hiked to the glacier lake (so beautiful) which requires a water taxi and explored the old part of Homer. If you enjoy reading/books, don't miss the Old Inlet Bookstore. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a fantastic get away spot. After exploring Homer and Seldovia, coming back to a fire pit for s'mores and a chill evening in the hot tub looking for moose, there's nothing better. House has EVERYTHING you need; coffee, spices for cooking, condiments, robes, towels, etc. Can't recommend this place enough! With two young daughters and a dog, felt right at home. Will be coming back again and again.

Lovely place with incredible views of Homer and the spit. We rented both units and it was perfect for a large group. The owner was very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and accommodated the requests we had. The home is conveniently located by various restaurants and other vendors such as Safeway which made our stay more convenient and enjoyable!

This place is everything you see via pictures, however better. Just book it, it’s worth it! Can’t wait to return!

Ryan’s place was awesome. The hot tub on the back deck coupled with the private family setting and the view was awesome. If you’re traveling with a group that needs more than two bedrooms, this place is stellar. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.
