Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

We had a very pleasant stay in the B&B, the rooms were clean and we did not experience any problems with the shared breakfast room.

This ia the place you want to stay! Federica is the best host you can wish, givea you privacy when you want and is always available for advice and tips if you need het to be. She is very generous. The attic apartment where we stayed has a lot of space, two plates to cook on, and a refrigerator, a big and nice couch, a table for four, a clean bathroom but above all had a beautiful atmosphere with art on the walls and nice carpets and all, very tasteful! The breakfast served is abundant, with a lot of fresh fruits, croissant, yoghurt, eggs, all you could wish for. The premises are beautiful, a clean and beautiful swimming pool with a loungesofa and beds. We could have stayed for so much longer! Thank you Federica for the lovely time we spend with you!

Everything was fine as expected. Communication and check in were top. Every day the room got cleaned.:) One day, we will come back, for sure

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Venice. Although the house is located a bit far from the city center, its peaceful atmosphere away from the noise and rush of the city made it a perfect retreat. The place was clean, well-kept, and had a beautiful, spacious garden that added a refreshing touch to our stay. The hosts were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended for those who want to enjoy Venice in a calm and cozy setting.

We had a pleasant and calm time. B&B Tibù is really a special place, it feels like you're at home. The location is strategic for touring the surroundings or for the sea. The place is super clean and modern, the breakfast is nothing short of great. Ideal for families with children or couples looking for tranquility. We'll be back.

Spotlessly clean & spacious room with a view of the church & valley beyond, great breakfast & Luigi was the perfect host - friendly & helpful throughtout our short stay, lovely bar with great beer & a recommendation for an equally great restaurant a short walk away (Al Tabia Agriturismo). The stay at Eligio was very pleasant, the atmosphere is at home and the place is very well cared for. Breakfast is plentiful, with delicious homemade pastries and/or savory dishes. The location, immersed in nature at the beginning of the village of Forni di Sotto, is also strategic for visiting all the surroundings, including Lake Sauris.

The stay at Marco was great!! He is very welcoming, responsive and helpful. The place was clean, comfortable and has a nice kitchen area with a balcony where you can enjoy the view of the nature. Very recommended

The location is excellent for visiting many interesting places and is very close to Gorizia, which has all kinds of services. It is a pleasure to sleep listening to the crickets and to wake up to breakfast overlooking that wonderful garden. I recommend the jacuzzi, which is very relaxing after the daily excursions. The children loved it. We really felt pampered by Eduardo and Irina, information at all times and always willing to help. Comfortable beds, very spacious house and daily breakfast replenishment as well as cleaning. I can easily recommend this place.

This place is a gem!!! The location is perfect to be driving distance to many good hikes. Our room was comfortable, clean, and fancy! The shower was incredible and with heated floors. Our host was so sweet and made the most delicious breakfast I have ever had at a BnB. Almost everything she served was homemade and so tasty. Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given!

This is a really nice base for visiting Gorizia, Italy and Nova Gorica, Slovenia. It's about a 25-minute walk to both towns. Giuliana and Paola were kind enough to lend me a bike. They also recommended the bike share system NomaGo. Giuliana and Paola were so lovely. When I mentioned I was a vegetarian, Paolo came back with more options for breakfast. Breakfast was great - plenty of yogurt, fruit (apple, orange, banana, cherries), white and whole grain bread, cold cuts, and eggs from their own chickens. It was so nice eating on the terrace every day. The B&B was great: extremely clean and comfortable. I stayed in one of the twin rooms (there are 2 that share a bathroom). Nice sheets, medium-firm pillows, and medium mattress (not firm). They included slippers, a bathrobe, and a few towels. Every single space was extremely clean. It's very quiet here (except for some dogs barking) and the shutters in the room work well to keep out the sunlight. Thank you for such a nice stay!

The place is absolutely amazing. The view from the Villa is stunning during the day and night and Barbara... Barbara is amazing host. We really like each other. The breakfast was different every day with bio food from local farmers and Barbara made herself very tasteful bread. Highly recommend the place.

Sabrina and Riccardo, with their kindness and friendliness, made us feel at home. The house is wonderful, surrounded by greenery and is very easy to get to the village. You can take beautiful and relaxing walks nearby starting directly from the house on foot or others more challenging by driving a few tens of minutes. Highly recommended both for those who want to relax and for those who want to explore! Thanks again!!

Everything worked wonderfully. An apartment/room to feel comfortable. Has everything you need. Everything prepared in the kitchen for breakfast. The apartment is very lovingly furnished. Would stay there again anytime.

Fantastic brand new B&B, super clean, in a beautiful area in front of a vineyard. The room is very spacious, excellent air conditioning, a nice bathroom, a great breakfast. The relationship with the owner was friendly, a small issue was resolved with cordiality. We were lucky to find such a beautiful place, the listing had no reviews because it just started with AirBnB.

We stayed two nights with Marco and Angela and we will definitely come bac! They were very helpful and kind and we loved the courtyard, the whole accommodation was put together with great attention to detail.
