House holiday rentals in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

This place was great and Renato was very friendly and extremely helpful with the accommodations. He even arranged for a wheelchair ramp to be built for our stay. The rental is very clean, private and safe, and the area is great for a cycling getaway. We will definitely book again with Renato!

Great accommodation, with a very nice bathroom and a great garden. The weather was still a bit cool, but the apartment was well heated. Mary is very hospitable and we felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back.

We had an amazing stay in Bibione – thank you so much, Umberto! We’ve never had such a kind and flexible host. We messed up our check-in time, but he patiently waited for us and was incredibly understanding. The apartment is huge, unbelievably clean (cleaner than any Airbnb we’ve stayed at!), and just a short walk from the beach. We’d come back in a heartbeat – highly recommended

What a find - a fantastic house in a great setting with the added bonus of the vineyard (and the hosts wine!) and the food offer which was just brilliant. Federica was aa awesome host and she and her family made us feel so welcome. Hope to come back soon and will certainly be recommending widely.

Our stay at the villa in Marina Julia was fantastic! The villa was great with very good facilities, a nice yard and a great pool. The villa is about a 10 minute walk from the beach, and a natura 2000 reserve where you can strawl along the coastline and find peace and quiet. Our hosts were very helpful when we had to visit the local emergency room, for which we want to thank them again. All in all , we had a wonderful stay at the villa and would certainly return for another visit in the future.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Gelindo welcomed us in a very friendly way, we felt right at home. The place is very quiet (you usually don't hear any cars or anything else at night), which makes for very relaxing evenings on the terrace. Amenities were also available as described, and you can reach some excursion destinations by car

Thank you very much. Simply fantastic. The apartment is very, very spacious and in a great condition. There are 3 bedrooms and a living room, as well as a large kitchen with a table and a bathroom with a floor-level shower. The air conditioning also cools very well. Then there is the fantastic garden with the outdoor kitchen and seating and lots of greenery and flowers and play facilities for children. Roberta and Lino always had wonderful tips. Check-in and check-out are flexible. The apartment is on the 1st floor. Roberta and Lino live in the apartment on the ground floor. On the last evening, we were treated to a farewell drink and pizza. A wonderful vacation with wonderful hosts came to an end. Thank you very much for everything.

We absolutely loved our time at Anna’s tiny home. It was a perfect size for the two of us and the little garden outside was a lovely addition. We especially enjoyed being able to dry our laundry outside. Anna’s place is in a great location - close to restaurants that are not just for tourists, but also a short walk to the tourist area or public transit. Anna met us for check in and gave us several ideas for what to do with our time in Trieste - we ended up doing everything she suggested and had a great visit. Would absolutely come again.

Great place, great location, great hosts.

A wonderful place where we hope to return! We stayed for the Easter holidays with our two small children and grandparents. We all had a great time. The house has convenient access and offers all the comforts, both inside and out, thanks also to the lawn and proximity to the river, reachable in a few steps, where the children were able to play freely. Balconies and rooms enjoy a magnificent view; the silence and tranquility have conquered us, even if it does not give us the feeling of being isolated. The landscapes around are simply fairytale. A great THANK YOU to Eligio and his wife, who welcomed us with much care and hospitality. They were always available, responding quickly to every need and also helping us with some small inconveniences we had with the car.

The whole family is incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. We were personally greeted and we received many tips for the area. We felt very comfortable there. The place was sparkling clean and very welcoming. Everything necessary was available in the apartment and everything in very well-maintained condition. The location was very quiet, without tourists in the immediate vicinity, which we appreciated very much. A great base for trips to the beach, to the outlet, to Treviso, Venice and much more. A visit to the family-owned Pasticceria ("La Pâtisserie di Giacomo Zangrando" in Passarella) is a must!!! A big thank you to the whole family! It was great!

We had a perfect few days here - the vineyard is stunning and the local town has all you need with cafes (especially the one next door for breakfast), restaurants and a supermarket only a stroll away. The place was amazing and our kids (and we) didn’t want to leave - clean, comfortable and we felt right at home. Less than an hour to Venice so we could do a day trip without having to stay there, and being able to return to our air conditioned and peaceful place was idyllic! Thanks for having us.

The house is very spacious and in the nice, quiet village with wonderfull views. This is wonderful place to have relax. In the kitchen there are enough utilitis to prepare a meal. Roberto is very nice, respectfull person, always trying to help. We had some issues with one of the stove, but Agnes and Roberto helped us with this in a short time. Beautiful House :)

We were there for the second time and again it was incredible! The house is simply beautiful on top of the mountain, with great views and every day the vultures that you see flying above you.

Great apartment, well suited to hikers who want to do self-catering (shops nearby) or explore local restaurants. We went hiking on the steep slopes nearby and Licia's place was a great base, also nearby the bus station so easy to reach by public transport.

If you are looking for a break, you will surely find it here:) We felt very comfortable and were received extremely friendly by Vera and Renzo:) In addition, you can reach a hiking trail directly from the house into the beautiful forests of Italy and Slovenia, but can also relax with a book on the balcony instead. The driveway to the house is something for experienced drivers, but there is also another path to the house that is not quite as steep if needed :)

The apartment was fabulous, newly reburbished meant it was extremely clean and tidy. The pictures dont do it justice as the rooms are much bigger, we were 4 Adults and were more than comfortable with the space. I was sceptical about the The airconditioner, as there is only one, but it worked so well it cooled the whole apartment (we needed it at 34 deg!). The private parking is right outside the door. The neighborhood is quiet and is away from the main road. A huge supermarket (Coop) is 500m away and nice restaurants close by. Grado is a 15 minute drive away and Trieste 30 minutes meaning its pretty central. I was very happy with the stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Davide answered us very quickly and was very helpful. Well done! Trish

Everything was perfect. House was conveniently located 4 min off the highway. Quiet street with great view of the Adriatic from the top balcony. Everything was super clean. Kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft. Would highly recommend

Perfect location near center of Pordenone. Very walkable. Apartment is very well maintained is within a quiet courtyard off the Main Street. Hosts are very responsive.
