Vi leier ut 1.etasje i boligen vår. Leiligheten har to soverom, stue med spiseplass og to sitteavdelinger, den ene med tv, den andre med utsikt over Oslofjorden og Oscarsborg, eget kjøkken og bad/do med badekar og vaskemaskin. Ca. 105 kvm. Boligen ligger i et rolig hytteområde med nærhet til både skog og sjø. To uteplasser er tilgjengelige fra leiligheten. Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til sentrum/matbutikk/spisesteder

Dette spesielle stedet ligger midt på torget i Drøbak blant vakre verneverdig trehusbebyggelse og et torg fullt av liv. Leiligheten er fullstendig nyrenovert og ligger i en gammel bygård fra 1870 i 2 etasje. Torget er omkranset av sjarmerende cafeer, spisesteder, butikker og torghandel. I Drøbak sentrum er det mange hyggelige kaféer, gallerier, kino, butikker, restauranter og badeparken. Gå avstand til Årungen og turstier. Flott uteplass med stor terrasse, bålplass og grill. Nydelig utestue som kobler stue til uteplassen. Boligen er ny i 2025 og har alle fasiliteter for et komfortabelt opphold og perfekt for familier eller mindre grupper.

Lovely flat near forest, 15 minutes walk from sea.

Perfect for one or two adults, a child is very welcome, in this cozy apartment with its own terrace. Great hiking opportunities and a short walk to Drøbak center. Free parking. Golf course nearby, indoor swimminpool 3 minutes away. Garden with flowers, herbs, berries and fruit. Feel at home! We are happy to show you around and give you advices for activities. Beautiful beach and park by the sea 15 minutes walk down the hill.

Beautifully renovated vacation home just 30 min from Oslo and 15 min from Drøbak. 5 bedrooms with (at least) 9 beds. Outdoor kitchen with fridge, BBQ and pizza oven. Jacuzzi, big trampoline, sunbeds, and multiple lounging areas. Great trails for walking or running, 7 min to a sandy beach and 2 min to a summer grocery shop. Sunny all day with lovely views. We love our home—please treat it with respect. No parties.

Huset er sjarmerende innredet fra 70 tallet. Det har vært bebodd av kvinner, så stilen er tapet og blomster. På kjøkkenet finnes alt både av service og kokkeutstyr. Hytta har svært hyggelig rom for lange måltider både ute og inne. For de som trenger hjemmekontor, så kan man sitte på 3 områder med både plass og arbeidsro. I forbindelse med julen så kan vi legge til rette med pynting og bestilling av julemat.
