The apartment with separate entrance is located in the idyllic district of Marburg-Hermershausen, 8 km from the city. You walk via an external staircase to the apartment (slope location) with kitchen/dining area and hallway, from which the bathroom/toilet and the combined living/bedroom lead off. In addition to the double bed (1.60 m wide), there is a folding sofa for children or a 3rd person. New floor-to-ceiling sliding door windows, a new wooden terrace and an automatic ventilation system offer upscale standards.

Lean back & relax... Our one-room apartment was created only with natural building materials. With a lot of love for detail, I have processed natural slate & oak wood here. The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." The kitchen is fully equipped and for the morning coffee, the garden with seating directly adjacent to the forest invites you to enjoy the morning coffee. Also from the large shower, you can sometimes watch a deer in the forest. The bedroom is separated from the living and dining room by a sliding door. Through the large window front, you have a beautiful view towards the city center.

Enjoy/ experience Marburg with its unique medieval architecture and world-renowned historic archives in this charming vacation home located 3,5 kilometers from the center, in Marburg-Wehrshausen. Numerous hiking trails directly from the house over forest and field to reach, as well as footpaths to Marburg. Easily accessible via public transportation. This 1290 square feet (120 sqm) living space can accommodate up to five (max. 6) persons.

I offer a nice, comfortably furnished and quietly located granny apartment for rent. It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.

Completely renovated apartment completed in March 2024 in a quiet but central and easily accessible location in Lollar. Our apartment, located in a traffic-calmed turning area and directly on the Lumda (river), has a separate entrance, a large eat-in kitchen, a combined living room/bedroom with a 140cm bed, as well as a sofa bed (140cm)and a shower room.
