Very clean and spacious! We loved the terrace and how much space and natural sunlight the house had. The beds were very comfortable. It was very conveniently located in Libourne and was walkable. Close to many wineries.

We had a great time in this relaxing, soothing home. The house is very spacious, which is very comfortable and everyone can have independent and isolated rest areas both indoors and outdoors. This building is really worth knowing about. Nina and Axel are very organized and efficient in giving all the instructions and in an ultra-fast way. We recommend this stone house combining charm and character.

Elisabeth welcomed us very kindly and helpfully. We felt right at home in the house. The garden is wonderful. The location leaves nothing to be desired - very quiet and yet central to get to St. Emilion and Bordeaux. We and our New Zealand friends (winegrowers) really enjoyed a wine tasting at the recommendation of Elisabeth in Chateau Gueyrosse. We highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Elisabeth.

Aubeterre is a beautiful village perched on a hill, waiting to be discovered! The cottage was very nice, well-equipped, with a beautiful view from the terrace. Beautiful decoration. Thank you

Auguste's home was perfect for a family holiday. The house is large, airy and features lots of areas to relax and socialise in. The surrounding gardens, pool and dock are stunning. The home is situated at a quiet lane with Auguste next door. He was an attentive and helpful host and gave us all the space we needed. Our group did not have a car so relied on taxis, with mixed results - so keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks

Château Le Grave is a beautiful property and was a wonderful choice for our group holiday. We had a lovely stay and found the house very comfortable. The photos don’t quite do it justice—it’s even more charming in person. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made cooking for our group easy and enjoyable. There were a few small issues that affected the overall experience. There wasn’t quite enough toilet paper provided for the weekend, the pool area didn’t have lighting at night, and we encountered an electrical issue that we needed to resolve ourselves. I noticed similar mentions in past reviews, so it may be worth addressing these for future guests. Communication with the host could have been more positive. There was some confusion regarding the cleaning fee, which had already been included in the booking total, and we were asked to pay extra for a few broken glasses, which seemed inexpensive to replace. That said, the property itself is truly lovely and we had a great time.

Elaine is a charming, flexible and accommodating host! The setting is superb, a beautiful quiet house with beautiful rooms and renovated shower rooms. We would be happy to come back to this place if the opportunity arose!

The villa is spacious and well appointed. Outdoor spaces are particularly well maintained. The view of the surrounding vines is beautiful. The value is excellent. Contact with the host was responsive and pleasant.

Sophie deserves more than 5 stars! Her place is absolutely beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice. The house itself is great, with everything you could need, and the pool area is amazing. It is also only a couple of minutes walk to a great supermarket and multiple restaurants and bakeries. Sophie went above and beyond to help and gave excellent recommendations including a private chef and yoga instructor. We were all sad to leave and already discussing coming back. Don’t hesitate to book!

Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. We used the bikes to ride to the village where there were amenities, including a grocery store. Branne is close by with more restaurants, and amenities. Easy to reach wine tasting options. Hanging out by the pool is also good with amazing views and a bbq.

Beautiful home and grounds! Well equipped with all necessary supplies. Communication with Caroline was excellent! Always with a quick response to questions and even worked out a birthday cake and wine for our traveling friend. Nice outside seating area to enjoy by the pool. Would highly recommend!

Five beautiful days. We went to the house as a family for Christmas. The stay was wonderful. Good welcome from Laurent with all the explanations about the management of the house. The large rooms and the decoration of the entire house with great taste and cozy. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to cook anything. The distance to Bordeaux is 15/20 minutes by car and the beautiful place next to the Garonna . They had the deference to leave us more time to leave the house, which we greatly appreciate. Arnaud's apartment in Libourne is the perfect place for exploring Saint Emilion wine region. The apartment is a close walk to the historic center. Shopping and restaurants nearby.

We had a lovely restful stay at Fabienne’s. Fabienne and her concierge Stephanie could not have been nicer or more helpful. The apartment is in the center of the town, very convenient for shopping or strolling by the river. The terrace was especially nice. We enjoyed having the space for sitting in the evening having an apéro and watching the swifts overhead. Thank you for sharing your apartment, Fabienne. It was perfect for us.

Excellent weekend spent in Elodie's accommodation! We were a small group of friends and were able to enjoy the area and the house! No complaints and Élodie is a very friendly host, attentive and responsive. I'll come back and I highly recommend it:)

This stay was everything an Airbnb should be and more! Her place was welcoming and so incredibly homey. The design of the apartment is also incredible, with such an attention to detail! The location is also perfect - a quick 20 minute walk to the center of the historic district but tucked away enough to get a full nights rest without any interruptions. Helen was also incredibly responsive and had such fabulous recommendations. Next time we find ourselves in Bordeaux, we know exactly where we’ll be staying!

Great host and accommodation for a short weekend in Libourne. Good location, easy to find and communication was good throughout.

Stéphane’s place was perfect for our needs. Just on the outside of Bordeaux, which was easy to get to via public transport or Uber. Looked just like the pictures. Very European old world charm and located in a peaceful neighborhood. The garden space on the 4th floor was so enjoyable to relax and enjoy wine after your day. Please note that this residence is 4 floors so if stairs are an issue, you may want to reconsider. Stéphanie’s brother Olivier met us on check in and acquainted us with the place. This is an old historic home built in the 17th century, but had all the modern convinces you need. Olivier was super responsive to our questions/needs and was able to accommodate our late check out request (merci beaucoup). We hope to come again!

JB's place was exactly as described: a very nicely arranged space in the countryside, absolutely perfect to deconnect and relax. There is some wildlife around to observe when taking any one of the walks in the area! We also enjoyed the restaurant recommendation right on the river: good food, and a lively atmosphere.
