Specifically, it is 50m from the beach access path, 150m from the sand, and 170m from the water (GPS-verified). Please note: there is no sea view from the apartment. Bed linen, towels, shower gel, and shampoo are included in the price for stays of one to two weeks; these are not provided for longer stays. For other details, please see the amenities section. Free parking available (at least 5 meters from the rental and along the one-way street, plus a nearby parking lot). Our apartment is in the "L'Entrée" neighborhood, near a Carrefour Express grocery store (open from Easter to October 15th), restaurants, and bars—yet without the associated noise disturbances. A bus stop is also nearby. All of this is within a 5-minute walk of the accommodation. In Frontignan town: Intermarché, Carrefour City, Aldi, Netto, Lidl. Excellent location: - Children's water play area, inflatables, go-karting, and a high-ropes course are 700m away; open daily during the summer season, and on Wednesday afternoons and weekends from Easter to October 15th (includes a snack bar). - Cycle path along the lagoons accessible from behind the apartment, leading to the town center or the Aresquiers pine forest and Vic-la-Gardiole; a return route via the Old Frontignan Saltworks (Anciens Salins) is also possible. - Bicycle rental (including baby seats, tandems, etc.) 1km away. - Marina featuring water-based activities and sports events during peak season. An ideal starting point for visiting other tourist destinations (close to the A9 motorway via Poussan—10 km/12 mins—or St Jean de Védas—20 km/22 mins—as well as the A75). Explore the surrounding area, starting with Sète, the Étang de Thau lagoon, and villages such as Balaruc-les-Bains, Balaruc-le-Vieux, Bouzigues, Mèze, and Marseillan. Discover Pézenas and its evening events, or Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert. In the other direction lies Montpellier (12 minutes by train from Frontignan); you can also visit Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone to see its small cathedral (a historic site located on an islet, accessible on foot). The SNCF train station is 2 km away: trains reach Montpellier city center in 10 minutes and Sète in 5 minutes. Frontignan town center is 2 km away, featuring markets every Thursday and Saturday morning with local produce stalls near the 12th-century church. (The covered market hall is open every morning from Tuesday to Saturday.) Direct sales of fresh fish from the local catch are available at the Frontignan port from Tuesday to Friday morning, starting at 9:30 AM. Summer beach market at Place Vauban (by the harbor) on Monday mornings; artisan markets on Wednesday evenings. Don't leave without tasting the famous Muscat (available for tasting at wineries, during gourmet tours, or at the estates) and the *Tielle Sétoise* (try it at the Frontignan covered market with "Patrice"—grandson of the creator Adriène Verduci—or at Dassé behind the market, VB Tielle on Rue Anatole France opposite Carrefour City, or Cianni and Dassé in Sète). Ideal for swimming in the summer and beach walks even in winter. A perfect base for exploring the region: Sète, Montpellier, the villages around the Étang de Thau (famous for shellfish), the Balaruc-les-Bains thermal baths, Pézenas, Agde, Palavas, etc. Special rates and conditions available for spa guests (September to May) or for long stays of three weeks (details upon request).

Studio à 10 minutes des plages (3km ) bus 16 sauf le dimanche (juillet août tout les jours et tardif), 15 minutes de Balaruc les bains et de Sète en voiture. 15minutes à pieds de la gare SNCF ,10minutes à pieds du super marché Netto . Magnifique cocon de 28m2, avec balcon, et jardin avec accès plage. Notre appartement est face à la mer. Vous apprécierez la vue exceptionnelle avec un accès direct sur la plage. La résidence est sécurisée avec un très beau jardin et une place privée de parking. Une belle terrasse de 8 m2 avec petit canapé et table de jardin : idéal pour déjeuner ou diner face à la mer. Notre appartement, climatisé, a été rénové à neuf avec une décoration contemporaine et chaleureuse. Parfait pour les vacances ou un week-end détente vivifiant!
