In addition, we built a new terrace in 2023 and so a great evening sun can be enjoyed in the apartment / outside. There is a private bedroom, dining room, kitchen, workplace and terrace. 3 rivers invite you to extended tours. Nearby there are opportunities for gliding, hang gliding, paragliding, canoeing, geocaching and the oldest wine town in Franconia.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

You will have access to the renovated apartment on the first floor (we live on the second floor). It is modernly furnished and fully equipped: dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, fully automatic coffee machine, and includes coffee and tea. Enjoy the private terrace – perfect for smoking or relaxing.

The apartment is situated in a partially renovated water castle from 1565 in the small village of Hollrich, Germany It consists of 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms with a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

Our cozy vacation apartment has everything you need to feel good. It is suitable for 2 EW (+child/baby). Our LINENS SET: bed linen, bath towel, hand towel is per person FROM THREE nights provided by us. For 1-2 nights, PLEASE bring your own. This can be booked at an additional cost on request. The dwarf parlor is a non-smoking WHG. Thank you for keeping this in mind. :-) Your bicycles can be parked in our garage on request.
