My apartment (about 100 square meters) is comfortably furnished and has a magnificent view of the countryside. It is located in a district of the city of Schlüchtern, close to Brandenstein Castle. From here there are a variety of hiking trails in the nearby and surrounding area. TIP: The apartment is a great base for geocachers.

Downtown and train station are also only about 30 minutes walk away. Cathedral concerts, musicals in the city castle or even the events on Hessentag 2026 can be reached in 2 minutes by bus or relaxed on foot. With us, you are quiet but still close to the city.

At the foot of the Frauenberg, directly on the Fulda river, we rent a holiday apartment in our historic watermill, renovated in 2021, with up to four sleeping options in two separate bedrooms. Located on the outskirts of Fuldas, the city center can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes) or by bike. Our large yard also offers free parking. Shopping can be reached in two minutes on foot. Two lively, friendly dogs live on the farm.
