The apartment is very nice and well/well equipped. In the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking, and the utensils are in great shape and are in great shape. The bathroom is also comfortable and the large bathtub invites you to relax on a cool day. The lots of wood in the apartment adds to a cozy ambiance. The apartment was very clean and the hosts were very friendly and helpful and easily accessible. The location is beautiful surrounded by nature. You can take wonderful walks through the greenery from the apartment. It's just the thing if you want to relax and unwind. We would visit again immediately and would also like to try the restaurant next time, which unfortunately was closed at the time. Full score! :)

Wow - everything was just right here: Matthias was waiting for us with a bottle of wine and homemade jam to welcome us. We would have felt comfortable in this sparkling clean apartment right from the first second. You can tell that someone is thinking a lot here so that guests don't miss a thing. It starts with umbrellas provided, leads over enough hangers and hooks for clothes etc. to the well-equipped kitchen with water bubbles, coffee pods and tea bags! The lovingly designed information folder with tips on the apartment and surroundings rounded out the perfect overall package. The location of the apartment is great and right in the center, yet quiet. Matthias was able to get us a discounted parking card for the nearby parking garage. Numerous bakeries and restaurants as well as a not far away grocery store make the supply easy. We would highly recommend the apartment and book again at any time. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in the feel-good oasis of Madeleine and Martin! The apartment is lovingly and individually furnished, super comfortable with cozy beds and a spacious living area. We particularly enjoyed the balcony and outdoor jacuzzi. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and made the stay even more enjoyable. The hobby room was an absolute highlight! Everything was very clean and well maintained. A perfect place to relax and discover the surroundings. Highly recommend!

The key handover was very uncomplicated and flexible, Silvio's mother had left us cake and homemade jam for the reception. The apartment is excellently equipped and sparkling clean, the location as a starting point for activities and hikes in the Rhön perfect. We will be happy to come back!

Margot is a very nice and helpful hostess. The apartment is clean and suitable for several people. Margot set up a travel cot for our toddler. I can recommend the accommodation to anyone traveling in the area.

Very nice house with sauna in the basement. We immediately felt at home, the house is so cozy! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms have many nice details, decorations and the view from the living room is wonderful! The sauna area is also well thought out, very relaxing, and the sauna is hot! The hosts are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. We stayed 3 nights and would like to stay longer, the house is just great!

We had a great weekend in Kathi's beautiful cottage. It's just got everything, which makes it very easy to feel immediately comfortable. Super room layout for 3 families with small children, great amenities, tastefully furnished, lovingly decorated. We will be happy to come back!

I traveled to Germany with my 19 yr old son and almost 80 yr old mom and the space offered us exactly what we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and loved the room darling shades. We could walk to delicious restaurants and coffee shop. We were unable to fit our rental car (medium size suv) in driveway but easily found on street parking. Shower upstairs was a bit small and had a step up - just mentioning for anyone with older relatives such as myself. Location was very convenient to all the places we wanted to explore - we were visiting family in nearby towns as well as exploring the Rhine valley. Andre was very responsive to any questions I had!

Perfect for groups who want to spend a weekend together in peace. The house is equipped with everything you need and above all the garden with many seating areas and terraces is impressive. Ossi is a top host who had sent all the important information and tips in advance and answered questions immediately and easily.

We had a great time in this beautiful and lovingly furnished half-timbered house. You feel right at home. The location in the middle of the old town is great, and with a suspension bridge, forest ball court and playgrounds, great activities with children are possible. Annouck and Benji were very nice and very accessible. We will be happy to come back.

We were lucky enough to spontaneously spend the Easter holidays in the beautiful chalet and had a great time with the family (8 adults, 1 toddler). The chalet is located in a very quiet area on the mountain and is great for a wellness or hiking holiday. The host Dirk was always very accommodating and eager and always communicated quickly. The chalet was very clean and with a lot of love for detail, we felt very comfortable. The highlight was of course sauna and hot tub - we will be happy to come back!

Valeska welcomed my dog and me very kindly, we felt comfortable right away. A nice clean apartment in a pleasantly quiet location and just great for walking with a dog.

The key handover was totally uncomplicated and flexible with a key box. Katja was a very nice and helpful host! The apartment was really fantastic, you immediately felt comfortable! Everything was very cozy, with fairy lights and candles! The view is gigantic! When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the great roof terrace! We walked into the delicious restaurant (Büttner Stuben) in just 15 minutes - highly recommended!
