Parkplätze gibt es auf der Straße vor dem Haus, Fahrräder können sich und geschützt am Haus untergebracht werden. Sauna ist in der Ferienwohnung, der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden, eigene Terrasse im Außenbereich der Fewo.

Die Maisonnette-Wohnung ist eine 7-minütigen Straßenbahnfahrt von der Stadtmitte (Königsplatz) entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca 10 Min mit der Bahn oder dem Bus zu erreichen. Bus&Bahn sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist hell mit Blick auf den Herkules & die Uni. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen, wenn auch ruhigen Lage.
