In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Our duplex apartment is located in a small residential complex with several apartments. The 80 square meter apartment sleeps up to five people. In the spacious living room with open kitchen, you can make yourself comfortable after a day of hiking, mountain biking or skiing. The balcony offers you morning sun and a wonderful view of Schönwald. The quiet location at the end of a dead end road ensures relaxation as well as the in-house sauna and swimming pool.

The associated underground parking space is very convenient. An indoor pool is also located in the building for free use-open. Hiking trails go directly from the house. The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small village of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.
