Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

Bettina’s apartment is lovely - probably the best place you could possibly stay in St. Gilgen. We are so grateful to have found it - thank you for such a great stay! Everything was clean, and the style was great.

We had a lovely stay at Georgina’s place. We didn’t mind the walk uphill even with a rolling suitcase. There’s a nice 15 minute walk in the woods to a viewpoint right in back of the apartment! Georgina was super responsive to all our questions. If it matters to you, please be aware that the single sofa bed ( good mattress ) is in the living room and the bunk beds are accessible only through the main bedroom..

We wish we could give more than five stars. Highly recommended. Gunther and Christa are warm, generous hosts. The apartment is even more attractive than the photos, filled with good artwork, comfortable furnishings. Don't miss their recommended Cantinetta, Falkenstein restaurants, walks around the lake and the ferry. We even plunged into the clear lake at the little beach just steps away. Beds are comfy and the kitchen well equipped. We will always look back fondly at our time in St Gilgen.

Fantastik place with great hikes and restaurants close by! Beautiful view, very clean and peaceful. Veronika was a super host, good communication and made us feel at home. Can highly recommend!

Es war wundervoll in dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Helga und ihre Familie sind liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, es fehlte an nichts. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wiederkommen zu dürfen.

Ingrid was a fantastic host. Her commumication before and during our stay was excellent. She met us personally on arrival and when we left, providing helpful hints and tips about the local area. The apartment was in a great location within Hallstatt and ideal for visiting the surrounding areas. Providing a dedicated parking space outside the apartment was really helpful given the parking restrictions in the village itself. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ingrid thought of everything from robes to slippers, umbrellas to toiletries and much more. We had a lovely relaxing week and are very grateful for Ingrid's care and consideration throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Hallstatt and surrounding areas.

Alles war einfach wunderbar - die Lage, das Apartment und die Gastgeber. Wir waren zum Mondsee Radmarathon vor Ort und haben nicht nur die tolle zentrale Lage, sondern auch die Top-Ausstattung des Apartments genossen und nicht zuletzt die Tatsache, dass es aufgrund des alten Gewölbe immer angenehm kühl in der Wohnung war (was bei über 30° C wirklich ein unschlagbares Pluspunkt ist). Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! :)

Ubytování bylo čisté, útulné a především na krásném místě. Naprosto dostačující vybavení kuchyňky. Co bylo ale naprosto TOP tak pohodlné matrace. Hostitelka, která nás přivítala s úsměvem byla moc milá a i v průběhu pobytu s námi byla v kontaktu. 10/10 doporučuji :)

We really enjoyed staying at Monika and Tamas' place. they were both so thoughtful and responsive to our requests. Tamas' gave us a ride down to the local grocery store our first night as we had arrived late and was very generous to give us a tour of the town and share his experiences here

Johanna en Flo zijn superlieve mensen maar de allerliefste is Rosalie , ze is zo schattig !!!!! We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen, alles is SUPER PROPER en NETJES!!!! Leuk ingericht, de keuken is heel goed uitgerust om zelf te koken. We hebben enorm genoten van het super gezellige en leuke terras met mooie tuin en prachtig zicht op de bergen. Ook al hadden we soms een beetje regen we konden steeds droog op het terras zitten. Je hebt prive parking bij het appartement. Aan de overkant een gezellige Konditorei met hele lekkere gebakjes . En een hele lekker Pizzeria net om de hoek, Jolly Pizzeria met hele lekkere Pizza. Er is ook een kleine supermarkt in de buurt. De omgeving was heel rustig en je bent direct aan de Konigssee. In de omgeving kan je hele mooie wandelingen en uitstappen maken. Alles was PERFECT, we hebben SUPER genoten van onze vakantie en voelde ons THUIS !!!! We raden het appartement ten zeerste aan en zouden zeker terugkomen. Lieve groetjes Rita en Walter

Georg und Renate waren wundervolle, kommunikative aber nicht aufdringliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet, es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat. Und für mich mit das Wichtigste: absolut sauber!!! Die Lage ist ein Traum. Mit dem Rad konnten wir viele schöne Touren machen, selbst etwas weitere Ziele waren mit Auto und Rad super zu erreichen. Die Abende auf den Liegestühlen, ein Glas Wein in der Hand und der fantastische Blick auf den See waren der perfekte Ausklang eines ereignisreichen Tages. Vielen Dank Renate und Georg für die wunderschöne Zeit (10 Tage) bei euch. Ihr und eure Wohnung seid absolut zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Ist alles neuwertig! Die Lage ist toll und es ist sehr ruhig. Alle im Haus waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt! Frische Eier gab es zu kaufen. Wer es dunkel braucht, sollte sich Schlafbrillen mitnehmen. Das Bad ist sauber aber etwas klein. Der Balkon ist schmal, was aber für den Bautyp normal ist. Wer alles fußläufig machen möchte ist hier aber falsch. Ein Auto ist hier schon notwendig. Vielen Dank für 5 tolle Übernachtungen.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, more spacious than expected. In the heart of Hallstaat. Spotlessly clean. Great view from windows (even being on the non lake side). We loved our stay there. Thank you 😊

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber, das Bett gemütlich. Für uns ein idealer Startpunkt um eine Radrunde zu drehen.

Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde haben den Aufenthalt bei Bettina sehr genossen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch unsere Hunde wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und perfekt für die Personenanzahl. Bettina ist eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin (sie hat uns sogar zu einer privaten Feierlichkeit eingeladen). Sie hat uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Wanderungen gegeben. Die Lage ist perfekt und man kann in der Umgebung sehr viel unternehmen (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.❤️🐶🐓🌷⛰️☀️

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. Le gite tenu par Maikel et Britt est magnifique et très bien situé dans un cadre de moyennes montagne (1350 m) situé au pied du Hochkönig dans un cadre bucolique et reposant. Maikel et Britt sont très accueillants et conviviaux, toujours présents pour de bons conseils. le gite est très propre, spacieux, bien équipé et décoré avec gout. Le sauna est fort utile après une bonne ballade. Le village de Mühlbarch am Hochkönig est situé en contre bas à 5 km dans une petite vallée au centre de nombreuses randonnées et aussi une station de ski familiale. Nous recommandons.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

Sehr coole Unterkunft mit ganz viel Liebe und vor allem kreativ und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr guter Service vor Ort. Man fühlt sich willkommen. Jederzeit wieder und absolut zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war klasse ausgestattet. Neben dem von uns gern genutzten Whirlpool, waren für uns die kleinen Extras und ein gesamthaft gut durchdachtes Nutzerkonzept die Highlights der Wohnung. Haben uns den gesamten Aufenthalt wohl gefühlt. Bei den Baics wie bspw Kommunikation und Sauberkeit war auch alles top! Kommen gerne wieder

Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr schönes Airbnb, großer Innen- sowie Außenbereich.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es war alles super. Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😊
