Das frisch renovierte und erweiterte Appartement befindet sich im Herzen von Füssen, mitten in der romantischen Fußgängerzone. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nahezu sichtbarer Reichweite. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen Stadt und Region bieten Freizeitmöglichkeiten ohne Ende. Wandern, Biken, Baden, Wintersport, alles ist saisonsbedingt möglich. Die Schlösser König Ludwigs II sind vier Kilometer entfernt. Größere Einkaufsstädte sind Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Augsburg oder München.

It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Cozy apartment, dream view of the lake and mountains

Wake up with a view of the Allgäu mountains and Zugspitze, over which the morning sun turns the sky red. Breakfast overlooking Lake Weissensee. In the afternoon, relax on the cozy sofa from the hike to the walkable Falkenstein, Germany's highest castle ruin, from the ski trip to the nearby Tannheimer Valley, from the visit to King Ludwig II at Neuschwanstein Castle or from the day of swimming at Lake Weissensee, which awaits with clear alpine water just a five-minute walk away. Just 5 km from Neuschwanstein Castle and a few minutes walk from the bus and train station as well as the old town of Füssen. Lakes and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Our personal guesthouse is an ideal starting point for sporting and relaxing excursions.

Haus am Lech

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

I am renting out a super nice, newly renovated, fully equipped 3-room apartment on the first floor with a large south-facing balcony with mountain view of Neuschwanstein Castle, Hopfensee, Forggensee centrally and quietly located in Füssen Hopfen. TV satellite system, hand towels and Bed linen included. Fully equipped kitchen with large freezer-fridge, dishwasher with Aquastop. Coffee maker Bathroom with bathtub and shower and separate toilet.

Panoramic suite with balcony

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

Romantic garden apartment on the Wildbach Halblech

The lovingly furnished, light-flooded apartment with its own entrance from the garden is located in a settlement house on the Halblech. It is 43 sqm, the living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 offer plenty of space. The small kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, fridge and sink.

Old town Villa | "Hohenschwangau"

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the third floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.
