This is the second time we’ve stayed at this Airbnb that Diane owns. The place is beautiful and comfortable and the location is ideal for spending lots of time downtown walking, eating, and drinking. No need to drive! We will for sure be back here again. The bed is so so so comfy!!!! Diane does an amazing job of making the place feel welcoming. She is also flexible with checkin which was a lifesaver for this trip! Can’t wait to go back! Thank you Diane!

The house was amazing! Not only did it accommodate the whole family but it had a great dining room/kitchen to allow us to cook breakfast and relax with some coffee before heading into town. It's in a great location and has a perk of the Taphouse right below it (can you say perfect for late night beers?!) Miss Kitty went above with amenities and overall aesthetics of the house. We highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a larger house in Galena.

Our stay was wonderful. We wanted to stay in town, but not at a B&B. s Jack's place was perfect and he couldn't have been friendlier. Great location, true to the pictures, precise instructions to get in. The window cleaners set off the fire alarm in the building and he was quick to reach out to us with an apology. Jack recently acquired this building and gave us a tour of the other units and common area he's rehabbing. He has kept the historical touches and lined the walls in the building with photographs taken by his mother. Complimentary coffee is offered from his coffee shop downstairs, and the employee couldn't be friendlier. It's been a while since we've been to Galena, and we'll definitely be back soon and staying here!

The humble apartment is easy find and has great access to a great cafè nearby. There's a lot to see and do in the city, but after a long day, it's great to come back to such a place. Definitely worth the price. :)

The photos didn’t do the suite justice. The skylights and vaulted ceilings made the space feel large. It was in a great location, maybe less than a 10 minute walk to Main Street! Breakfast was served in the most adorable setting in a cute little room that was a part of the old brewery, complete with beautiful place settings and served by candlelight! The hosts were so sweet and super responsive!

This was our second time at Jennifer's place and it was just as perfect as it was the first time. We brought our daughters with us this time, and they slept on the pull out couch and loved it. It was the perfect space for our family. The amenities are a plus. We went to the indoor pool at the Owners Club which was nice and enjoyable and we played the board games one of the nights, which were provided. I highly recommend this place. It's quiet, peaceful, there are walking paths, and it's about 10 to 15 minutes from Main Street. We will definitely be back!

Stop your search now, you won’t find better! This house has everything, it’s extremely comfortable and spacious, it’s beautiful, and seriously spotless. We had a family of 8 that included a 2 month old, grandma, and everyone in between. Comfortable in every way including the bedding, towels, and living space furniture. The house met everyone’s needs and we only wish we had more time and a reason to come back soon. Kind and responsive host.

Our stay in Galena was beyond what we could have hoped for! The house was CLEAN and welcoming! We had more space than we needed and kept saying again and again how we would 100% stay here again! We spoke with the host, Lori, prior to arrival and she was VERY friendly! All directions were clearly laid out and 100% reasonable requests for checkout process. We also felt completely safe in the area we were in. The drive to Galena’s downtown from the airbnb was BEAUTIFUL. Thank you so much to Lori for providing such a wonderful place to stay and for making our girls trip to Galena one we will never forget!

Your place was so Retro!! We loved it !! Needs a fire pit and more outside backyard chairs. We really enjoyed the town and loved the view of the Mississippi River. The park across the street was amazing!!! We had the other guests from the other unit walk into our unit 2 times while we were there.

We had a great time over there. There were everything you need to spend some nice time with your family and friends.

Had a great time! The space was perfect for us. The bakery across the road was delicious and so convenient to grab a quick treat/breakfast. A quick drive to downtown and access to everything. Had a few kid toys that my Toddlers loved! Would highly recommend.

Joel’s place was absolutely beautiful! It was secluded and peaceful but also very close to down town. I loved drinking my coffee outside in the mornings it was so peaceful! I’d recommend Joel’s air bnb to anyone wanting to travel to galena. I’d go back in a heartbeat! Joel was a great host. He gave us all the information and checked In on us throughout our stay. We had a great time!

Jared’s place had everything we needed to feel at home. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was well stocked with the necessities and the appliances were very clean. The bathroom amenities included shampoo, conditioner, and lotion (nice extra) and were also very clean. The beds were comfortable and the living space was furnished well to accommodate us. The townhome is an end unit which added to the peacefulness of the experience in the territory.
