Die Terasse ist ein Traum. Morgens draußen gefrühstückt und abends tolle Sonnenuntergänge erlebt. Lage des Hauses ist abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Fussläufig in 5 bis 10min. sind 2 Restaurants und ein Supermarkt zu erreichen. Von La Ciaccia kann man tolle Ausflüge starten. z.B. nach Alghero oder Santa Teresa di Gallura. Costa Paradiso ist ein Muss. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Schönere Strände würde ich empfehlen mit dem Auto in ca. 10-15min. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber sauber. Mobiliar schon älter. TV nur italienisch. WLAN nicht immer. Gastgeber sprechen nur italienisch. Uns hat eine Übersetzungsapp gut geholfen. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben eine Woche in Gianlucas Apartment in La Caletta verbracht. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung, war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – Geschäfte, Restaurants, Eisdielen, eine Apotheke sowie der Stadtstrand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch schöne Strände in der Umgebung sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Gianluca und seine Frau waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Joan is an experienced and very friendly host. She was extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for the area and local restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including some lovely extras. The location in San Pantaleo is excellent — a beautiful little village where everything is easily accessible from the apartment. Having a parking spot right in front of the house was also very convenient. We felt very comfortable and would love to stay again anytime.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad. We konden ook al vroeg inchecken. De woning ligt lekker afgezonderd. In de avond lang kunnen buiten zitten. Wel verstandig om wat muggenspray mee te nemen. De kleine supermarkt is het plaatsje is dichtbij om ‘s morgens brood te halen. Nicky reageert supersnel als je iets wilt weten. Helaas tijdens ons verblijf een probleem met de internet provider die volgens mij ook het telefonie signaal verstrekt. Ook met je telefoon bij het huisje geen voldoende signaal om berichten te kunnen binnenhalen. Als je naar de andere kant van de weg loopt, iets de heuvel op, is er wel ontvangst. Deze locatie is ten zeerste aan te bevelen.

We had an amazing stay with our toddler. We enjoyed the view, the garden, the beach within 5 min walk. Sara was very helpfull and responsive.

We stayed at Martina’s place for couple nights and we loved it! Place is very quite, clean and Martina served us perfect breakfast! Best of luck!

Very nice accommodation! Clean and thoughtfully decorated! Within walking distance to a vineyard where I recommend doing a wine tasting with no driving required afterwards ;) We loved staying at this place!

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

Casa molto spaziosa, pulita, attrezzata e con uno splendido porticato e giardino esterno. Immersa nel verde e nel silenzio della natura. Pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere facilmente le spiagge più belle di Budoni, San Teodoro, Siniscola. Barbara è sempre stata molto gentile e disponibile. Molto comodo e apprezzato il check in la mattina presto e il check out nel tardo pomeriggio. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie!

Very cosy and privat place. Everything was perfect and as expected. Many very useful and detailed recommendations. Could even do a late check out on the departure day - many thanks for this extra service. Highly recommend this place with many beautiful beaches close by and easy to reach by car.

Enrico von Short rent war äusserst zuvorkommend, hat immer innert kurzer Frist reagiert, ist bei Problemen sogar selber vorbeigekommen, hat gute Tipps bereitgehalten. Wir waren von Anfang an super betreut. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien oder Personenkombiferien (Freunde), da jedes der drei Schlafzimmer ein separates Badezimmer hat (Dusche/WC). Sie liegt wie auf dem Bild gezeigt, direkt am Meer. 50m von der Wohnung entfernt kann man gut baden im Meer. Short rent hat auch grosszügig reagiert, wenn mal ein Glas zerbrochen ist. Ein wunderbarer Ferienplatz.

alloggio molto bello,il servizio ottimo tutti molto gentili un giardinetto per il cane l unica pecca l aria condizionata ma per fortuna non faceva caldissimo quindi alla sera si stava molto bene. posizione comoda per andare al mare a piedi ci metti 15 minuti

Notre séjour chez Eva s’est très bien passé. L’accueil personnalisé à notre arrivée par son mari, nous a permis de nous acclimater très rapidement Le logement est très propre et la literie impeccable Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Tergu est un village typique, éloigné de l’agitation du littoral. Nous serions heureux d’y revenir. Merci encore à Jimmy pour son accueil et ces conseils

Emanuele è stato molto gentile, la casa è veramente fornita di tutto. Supermercati e bar a due passi da casa. Per arrivare al centro di san Teodoro solo 8 min in macchina, ottima posizione. Per arrivare la spiaggia più vicina ci vogliono meno di 10 min raggiungibili in macchina. Consigliata al 100%

Wonderful stay, the house was spotless, well maintained and correctly equiped. The place could use a microwave but not necessarily a must have from my point of view. Swimming pool is a nice add traveling with kids. One thing though I d mentioned, and it could be a translation issue but Olbia is not at walking distance rather 10 min by car. Other than that the beaches nearby are stunning and less crowded than the more popular ones around. Probably your best options to enjoy an afternoon at the beach nearby.

Camilla ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist super neu, Badezimmer schön und der pool hat eine schöne Größe. Läden und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Strände in der Nähe sind super schön. Alles war wirklich super. Danke Camilla

Beautiful accommodation by the sea. My friend and I spent a week in this amazing house right by the sea. Perfect place for relaxing with the sound of the sea and the view of the sunset from the beautiful terrace! Stunning view! Tennis players may enjoy the private tennis court by the sea. The house is equipped with everything, clean and feels like home. Shops close by car from 5 to 10 minutes. In 10meter you are in the water! Daniel is a really nice guy and very easy to communicate with. Also, he cared a lot about us, and he shared his knowledge about this area with pleasure. The house is close to beautiful old towns like Alghero or Castelsardo (30 min. by car) and the city of Sassari, as well as great beaches. We will recommend this place and would come again.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung von Marco. Super schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool und mehrere Strände fußläufig erreichbar. Sogar mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm inklusive. Die Wohnung hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Bucht von Olbia, der Flughafen in 20 Min Entfernung ist kaum zu hören. Einziges Manko die extrem steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss, hat uns mit kleinen Kindern etwas nervös gemacht und eine Spühlmaschine fehlt einfach. Aber nichts was die wahnsinnige Lage und Aussicht micht wett macht! Marco war im Übrigen immer schnell und freundlich erreichbar! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Nochmals vielen lieben Dank!

Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass Diego uns persönlich begrüsst hat. Aber der Check-in ist flexibel, da es ein Schlüsselkästchen gibt. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und uns Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben. Der Ausblick der Wohnung ist spektakulär. Nach dem Baden im Meer haben wir auch den kühlen Freisitz hinter dem Haus genossen. Costa Paradiso verfügt über mehrere Strände. Es lässt sich zwischen den Felsen schnorcheln oder am feinen Sandstrand Li Cossi schön baden. Mit gutem Schuhwerk lässt man den Li Cossi hinter sich und wandert an der Küste entlang zum einsamen Kiesstrand Tinnari. Auch in der Hochsaison ist hier wenig los, da der Strand nur zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Ein Highlight der Umgebung ist der Strand Li Ferruli. 6 km feiner flachabfallendee Sandstrand. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da Costa Paradiso weitläufig ist und die Insel auch ausserhalb erkundet werden muss (Alghero, Agentiera, Monte Limbari, Capo Testa, Tempio Pausania…). Wundervoll!!!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Micheles Haus verbracht. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Wir waren mit einem kleinen Hund vor Ort, der sich im Garten sehr wohl gefühlt hat.

Nous avons passé une super semaine.Tout était parfait à nos yeux. La maison est très agréable, nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison.Magnifique piscine, très bien entretenue. Nous avons profité des excellents conseils de Donatella concernant la Sardaigne. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour découvrir la Sardaigne.
