Holiday rentals with a balcony in Gambarogno

Very friendly welcome, great location and the apartment tiptop - we will be happy to come back!

A beautiful view from the balcony and at the same time only 5 mins walk to the old town, another 2 mins walk to the promenade. Truly the best Airbnb you can find in Ascona!

Everything clean, nice hosts. Dogs in the garden (not shared). No towels and no extra toilet paper, we had not read, but it is in the ad. Good location near the free Lago beach.

We fully enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again. All emails were answered promptly, kindly and committed and the reception was just as friendly. The swimming beach and the old town of Ascona are within walking distance, as are the shopping facilities and the bus stop. Nevertheless, the apartment itself is pleasantly quiet.

We were very pleased. What others also complain about is that there was no air conditioning in the apartment. Otherwise, everything is as described.

Great place, everything brand new, good taste for furniture, as comfortable as it can be! Definitely worth it! Cheers for the crew

We spent a lovely week here and enjoyed the house very much. It has all the appliances one needs and especially the garden was beautiful.

The stay in Antonio's apartment was super nice! The apartment was cozy (just like the photos) and very well equipped. We especially enjoyed our own terrace, which is very well equipped (tables, chairs and sun loungers) and offers a beautiful view of Lake Como. Communication with Antonio in advance and during the stay was excellent. It is particularly noteworthy that, unfortunately, during our vacation in Gravedona, we had problems with our car and Antonio and his whole family were very happy to help us with advice and action. The whole family took great care of us and helped us. That was not a matter of course and we are very grateful! We can recommend a vacation in beautiful Gravedona at Antonio's to everyone!

Nice location, quiet. Possibility of nice hikes from the house. Nicoletta is very kind. We had a great time together.

A great place to stay that matches the pictures. If you like peace and nature around you, this is the place to be. The view over the lake is gigantic and Casa Il Nibio is well equipped. We were completely satisfied and would come back!

Nice place with great atmosphere and brilliant views, not a lot of crowd and friendly people

Communication was great! The village and the property are in a very quiet location and invites you to relax with the large outdoor terrace. The pizzeria around the corner is definitely recommended. There were four of us in the accommodation, the sofa bed is unfortunately very uncomfortable, which is why a stay for two is better. Simone was very nice and also happy to help if you have any questions!

Incredible views made it nice to stay and enjoy the Airbnb esp on rainy days. We were traveling with our 8 month old and loved the nice comfy crib and Anita even left out a baby towel and high chair for us. It was really a perfect spot to enjoy views from the lake. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware which made it great for some homemade dinner dates too. Would love to stay here again.

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! My partner & I whole heartedly recommend you consider Enrica’s attic for you lodgings at Lake Como! Cameron June 2025

This place is so close to the ferry that it puts the entire lake at your disposal. The view from the room was beautiful. Very comfortable and accessible. And be sure to walk down to Villa Carlotta!

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.
