Completely renovated bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private small patio. Located in a quiet residential area (Solbacken) close to both central Malmö and the sea. Parking is available on the street for a small fee, excellent transportation to the center/Copenhagen/Skåne. We have no animals and speak Swedish, Danish, English, French and a little Italian.

The guest house is surrounded by a lovely garden where you can relax from the big city bustle, enjoy the greenery, socialize or just listen to birdsong. There is access to WiFi, laundry room and proximity to most things you may need. House in Tygelsjö, southwest of Malmö, close to Skanör/Falsterbo, Copenhagen and Malmö city center (300 meters to the bus). Here you are welcomed to a newly-renovated house with large social spaces, a fully-equipped kitchen and a cozy patio with barbecue facilities and parking Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a living room with a total of 10 beds. 1 bathroom and 1 extra guest toilet. We rent for both days and weeks. For longer periods, the price can be discussed, always with flexibility. Smoking is not allowed.

Buses run frequently and take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. The guest house has everything you need for your stay, a 32-inch TV with Chromecast, fast Wi-Fi, kitchenette, shower and bathroom. Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tre minuter från europaväg E6/E20. Tio km till centrala Malmö. Två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, bensinmack, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.
