Holiday rentals with a patio in Malmö

In one of the prettiest corners of Lund old town this single room apartment is within walking distance to everything and provides a place to relax in between sightseeing. Mats was welcoming and always responsive. The fragrance of roses and peonies flowering in the garden was memorable.

If you are a single person, this is THE best location in Lund. You are right in the center of the historic heart of the City. I stayed here last year, and I enjoyed it again this year. I made the apartment my base while I was visiting family in southern Sweden. It was very easy to get to the train station for various day trips.

The accommodation is very good if you don't want to stay centrally in Malmö. By car, you can reach 25 minutes to both Malmö and Lund. We felt very comfortable; everything is clean, modern and new. Charlie and Johanna are very nice hosts. Communication was flawless and totally friendly! We definitely recommend the apartment.

A really cozy space! The husband and I enjoyed a lovely comfortable bed (something hard for me but excellent for him) and fluffy, soft linens so we slept so well. In the hall when you enter, there is also a microwave, kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment - perfect for breakfast and simple dinner on the road. Also coffee, tea and some other things are available to use. We brought a cooler bag for the food and the ice packs could fit without any problems in the freezer compartment. We were there in December to visit family, during the summer months you can really enjoy the surroundings and proximity to the sea, so we would love to come back in the summer :) It's easy to find and Anna's instructions are easy to follow. You park outside the hedge that is well visible when you arrive. We can really recommend this home!

Copenhagen is a very cool city, and Ricki’s garden apartment is a very cool place to stay in that city. The apartment is airy and spacious and a perfect size for two people. A well-appointed kitchen is the highlight, but there’s a peaceful courtyard, and also a table and chairs in the front yard too! From the front door into a very quiet residential street, then only a few steps around the corner for a choice of bakeries in the morning. From there you can grab a bike to explore the city, or a short walk to both Metro and train stations.

Cissi was very kind and made us feel welcome. She always responded quickly to our messages. The apartment was cozy, clean and the perfect size for 2 people. The bed was comfortable, too! It had a cute outdoor spot which we enjoyed and we were easily able to walk back and forth to central Lund (10 min.). Grocery store just across the road (open until 10pm) .

My daughter, our dogs and I were very happy with the accommodation. Cozy place with a great host, 🤗 very smooth as we arrived late and left early. Thanks!

What an amazing spot! Perfect place to just relax, enjoy the surroundings and be at peace. The house is huge with lots of room, great kitchen to make meals. Every morning and night there were lots of animals in the yard, perfect for some photography. This house is definitely what Swedish summers in Skåne means to me. Astrid was very helpful and responsive whenever I had a question. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Anders’ house and felt at home right away. Waking up to birdsong and enjoying our morning coffee in the sun was incredibly relaxing. The garden was perfect for our dog, with direct access to the forest for peaceful walks. It was also a great base for exploring Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. We would definitely recommend staying here!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fredrik's lovely home. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood very close to the train station. We didn't have a car so there weren't a lot of restaurants/shops that were easy to walk to, but it was easy to get to Lund and Malmö by train. The house has everything you could want (we ate at home several times) and plenty of space. Fredrick was very responsive to any questions we had. I would stay in Fredrik's home again if I'm ever in the area and would recommend him as a host.

Beautiful accommodation, lovingly furnished and fantastic location by the sea. Marianne and Oscar were very friendly, helpful and gave us recommendations for the area. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime, thank you!

Nice little cottage with a great terrace, right at the horse paddock. Check-in was no problem, communication as well. There is also a parking space right in front of the house. A lovely basement apartment with everything you need for a great stay in Copenhagen.Beamed ceilings, comfortable bed , fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with luxury toiletries supplied and a quiet garden space to the rear where you can meet the cats and rabbits.Beautifully decorated , it is such a cosy and welcoming place to come back to after a day in the city. It is also extremely conveniently situated for the bus stop from the airport and for the journey into the centre. Thank you Helle, for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic central location near Subway and bus services. Spacious and clean and very homely. Our host Mads was fantastic - friendly and responsive. Meeting Mads on arrival was great as we had a personal tour of the apartment and great restaurant recommendations. On arrival milk in fridge with butter and all herbs and spices for cooking. All in all an excellent stay.

My mom and I stayed at Amy’s home for a few nights in Malmo. It’s a beautiful and charming home to stay in. Everything was clean and comfortable. It’s a quiet building on a quiet street close to plenty of food and walkable to the center. We had an early arrival and Amy was able to accommodate us which really helped us out. She was responsive and very hospitable. Highly recommend her listing! We loved it.

We can’t say enough about this wonderful apartment. The location and views were amazing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The host provided many brochures, maps and a cute welcome sign. We appreciated so much that she had laundry soap available for us to wash our clothes. The host responded immediately to all questions. Definitely will stay here again.

What a great location in a vibrant neighborhood. Lots of cafes and shops nearby and the Metro stop is just around the corner. Most of the city center is easily accessible by foot or by metro. Nearby Enghav Plads Park is packed with excellent people watching after work or on a sunny day.

David is a very nice and responsive host. We were there for 3 nights and we love the stay. The place was very clean and comfortable, although the space was not the biggest, we think there’s enough space for 4 adults for a good sleep. It offers a good location as well. Not forget to mention this place is well-equipped with everything you need - for cooking and laundry. Overall very recommended! 💯

We had a great stay! Camilla was extremely efficient and always very helpful throughout our visit. The house was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed. The living room was especially charming and perfect for relaxing. While the bathroom was quite small, everything else was just perfect. We also really appreciated the flexibility of being able to leave our backpacks after the official check-out time — that made our last day much easier. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Really enjoyed our stay at Tomas’s place. Very comfortable, amazing views, quiet and very roomy. Easy to get to public transportation. Tomas is super friendly and very responsive. Has a great deck to enjoy the water views. Great coffee shop and Italian wine bar within 5 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend!
