This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

Our stay at this Airbnb was wonderful. From the start, the hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, giving us local recommendations and making sure we had everything needed for a comfortable experience. The accommodation was spotless, well decorated and with all the amenities we could have asked for. The location was also perfect, close to the main tourist spots but in a quiet atmosphere. We definitely felt right at home and very well cared for. We recommend this place without hesitation and hope to return in the future. Fantastic experience!

The place was spacious and comfortable as well as being very well equipped. The hosts provided amazing communication throughout our stay and answered any questions quickly.

The apartment is perfect for a beach break. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the detail of the hairdryer with diffuser, bathroom products and detergent available to use the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, they have always been attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super nearby playita also that you can take a route through the villages in the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

Pascual has been by far the best host for our stay. Pascual was so accommodating, helped with anything he could and always went above and beyond. Nothing I could fault about both Pascual and his property, an amazing location walkable distance to everything including the Mercadona and train station. Highly recommend!

It was a beautiful apartment located next to the entrance of the old town and is a 10 minute walk to the closest beach. The place was well equipped and the hosts were very helpful. I would recommend if you want to get out of the big cities.

If you want to go from cottage to a quiet area,which has a bit of everything,and above all cleanliness, something that at least I value a lot,this is your home!We spent a weekend with friends and children,and the truth is that there was everything so as not to be cold or warm,very well equipped, thank you Amparo for lending us your house♡

We had an amazing week at Patricia’s villa . She was there to greet us when we arrived . She is so friendly & gave us lots of useful information. The villa is beautiful & spotless . It’s perfect for families with little ones as there is a gate to the pool area. We had a three & one year old with our family group & they enjoyed it as much as the grown ups . So many toys for them ! The outside kitchen & bbq were perfect for evenings in . Xàbia old town is so close to walk to ( 10 mins) & the beach not too far (about 25mins ). We ate twice at the market in the old town & all the food was delicious. We hired cars so were able to go to other places but Xàbia is lovely with lots of great places to eat so you could manage without hiring a car. We also ordered online shopping to arrive Sat from Mercadona ( I saw on another review someone had done this ) which was very handy . It is just a perfect place to stay & we would definitely go back .

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

A wonderful accommodation, clean, very comfortable, well equipped and very well located, with a private terrace and wonderful views of the Rock framed between the green of the pines and the blue of the sea. There are 3 coves nearby that you can walk to with crystal clear waters. Isaac is very attentive to clarifying our doubts. Highly recommended. Looking forward to coming back.

The apartment is in a great area near the beach and harbor, with many dining options. We went in a time of little tourism so it was not difficult to park but in high season it may be very crowded. Total continuous contact with Jose Luis for any aspect and signature of contract showing total legality. The flat is old but with everything necessary for a family. They are vacation areas where prices are rising a lot.

Very comfortable apartment for 8 people. If 2 people want to sleep on the couch, 10 could also stay there for a short time. 2 toilets and bathroom. Barbecue and washing machine available. In addition, the excellent location: sea view, but it is less than 5 minutes from the apartment door to the sea, and only because the beach is so big. The 12th floor allows a fantastic view, we mostly walked the stairs, was no problem. Gandi: Perfectly maintained beach, restaurants everywhere with reasonable prices, the old town is also beautiful and public transport is sufficient (car is still recommended for longer distances).

Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.

We had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, it has everything you need, kitchenware, appliances, etc., it's also clean and the decoration is ideal. The complex's pool is very large, with 2 slides, both my daughter and we had a great time, the beach bar is large and has several tables. To go to the beach you have to walk about 5 meters but it is a pleasant walk. Sonia is very kind, we had good communication and she made everything very easy for us, she is a very good host, she had prepared a basket with breakfast products for us. We will definitely repeat.

The apartment and its hosts are great. You feel at home, and in a Valencian home. You can get from here to both the beach and the old town. Highly recommended!

Apartment as reflected in the ad, spacious, clean and bright. And cold, even though it was already quite hot, we didn't have to turn on the air conditioning any day. Beautiful terrace with sea views. Community parking with own space, development with pool, 3 minutes' walk from the beach. Supermarkets 5 minutes away by car. There are 2 supermarkets that open on Sundays, even if it's not high season. The hostess Nuria, and Maite, who was the one who received us, were very kind at all times. Easy Check-in and Check-out Process. Upon arrival there was sugar, water, soap, kitchen paper, etc. in the house, useful things for the first day of stay. Apartment totally recommended.
