both the host shefali ji, and caretaker sunil ji were very helpful. The bnb is spacious enough and we found it as shown in pictures. it is conveniently located, making most places walkable.

I got this AirBnB because I wanted to get a good view of the Matsyendranath Jatra from my room. I wasn't disappointed. If I had to do this again, I would get a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor from where I believe the view would be even better. I was on the 4th floor.

Our stay was truly wonderful and memorable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. Our stay in Banaras was truly wonderful, and a big part of that was thanks to our amazing host. The location was perfect—very convenient and close to all the important spots, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. What really made the experience special was the host's kindness and helpful nature. Every little query or request was handled so thoughtfully and promptly—it really made a difference in our trip. Thank you once again for making our stay so smooth and pleasant. We’re taking back beautiful memories and would absolutely love to return in the future. perfect place to unwind by the ghats of River Ganges

Sanju is very responsive and easy to talk to. She helped us out with some last moment requests too. The place was very clean and well set up. Location wise too it is really good and safe. There are shops rights across the road for groceries and other needs.

Returned back to this place and it did not disappoint. The place was pristine, and the stay was peaceful like last time. The host was there to receive us and give us other recommendations. He helped me figure out spots to explore especially sauraha. He arranged a package for me to explore sauraha and it was very fun. Overall, a fun stay. Cant wait to be back here when i visit Chitwan.

The place looked exactly the same as in the photos. The house was very cozy and comfortable with all the amenities. Felt like home. Nearby grocery and other shops made the stay even easier. Anamika was a great host, always ready to help for almost everything you need in a foreign country. She was very prompt and reactive to all the queries whether related to the apartment or otherwise. Most comfortable stay amongst all the stays during my 12 day trip at different locations.

Nice place to stay very close to the key location sankat mochan mandir is at walking distance and ganga ghat is also very near good place to stay. And host is also very helpful and responsive.

We got this opportunity to stay at Zepyhr Hospitality’s property for a couple of days during our visit to Mahakumbh 2025, at Prayagraj. The minimalist, elegant, organised, family-friendly 3BKH apartment is situated in a posh colony in heart of the city. The building has an elevator and a guard stationed round the clock. There a super store right below the flat which makes life easy to procure daily needs. A care taker lives in the same vicinity and is available for any kind of assistance. We had a wonderful stay. The Manager Mr.Ravi helped us out and arranged cars for us when the outside cabs ditched us. The owner is very cordial and tries to help in all ways and fashion. Thank you making our stay memorable.
