The garden is shared with other tenants. Safe neighborhood. 15 min away from LAX and the beach, with shops and food within walking distance. Note that the shower has a limited height. If you are 6 ft +, your head might touch the slanted ceiling. But, we have a stool and a handheld shower to accommodate you.

Guesthouse is located in the city of Gardena, just a few miles away from Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Pieer, Palos Verdes, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and many other wonderful tourists attractions. Also, San Diego Malibu. Laguna Beach Laguna Niguel, or in 1 to 2 hours away if you choose driving further down South. I am just a few minutes away and will advise and help with anything you need!!

Adrian is a truly exceptional host—kind, generous, and always willing to go the extra mile. He has a great way of connecting with guests and was consistently available whenever I needed help. One evening, despite it being 8:45 PM, he kindly drove me to Food 4 Less and Target, showing how attentive and accommodating he is. He also took me to San Bernardino for an important meeting with an attorney, saving me both time and money by offering a very reasonable rate for the ride. Though I had booked a small, cozy room in his home, it was perfectly equipped and very comfortable. On a day off, Adrian went out of his way to make it special—taking me to LA beach and Trump National Golf Course, creating memories I’ll always cherish. To top it off, he even gifted me a brand-new jacket and later dropped me off at the airport for a very fair price. People like Adrian are rare. I would absolutely love to stay at his place again the next time I visit LA.

Lin’s place was perfect for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The room was clean, private, and exactly as described, with a secure lock and private bathroom. I really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and easy parking, which made everything even more relaxing. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, and Lin was a thoughtful and responsive host. The home felt safe, quiet, and well cared for—especially the second floor, where guests are kindly asked to remove shoes to keep the white carpet pristine. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept space!

I felt very comfortable at Susie's house, both she and her husband were very receptive, they helped us with the things we needed and they were patient with the baby. The accommodation is close to all attractions, it is a midpoint. The area is quite quiet, there are many shops nearby. Although the house does not have parking, it never cost us more than 100 meters to find parking on the street
