Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

The Sound of Barga-Tuscany

Throughout the summer, Barga comes alive with many typical food fairs, music festivals and art exhibitions. The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. The garden is perfect for dining 'al fresco' and enjoy the view and sound of the bells of its majestic cathedral. Barga is only 40 mins from Lucca, 50 from Pisa and 90 from Florence. Please note there is a 1€ tourist tax per person for the first 3 nights to be paid cash upon arrival.

The residence of the Codirosso B&B: timeless soul-Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Amazing apartment in Palazzo Pfanner

Situated on the first floor of Palazzo Pfanner, a charming baroque Palazzo and building of historical interest in the centre of the town of Lucca, the apartment recreates perfectly the atmosphere of the antique noble residences for visitors who wish to try this unique experience. The apartment, which has frescoes dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries and the original ceiling with beams and ‘seminato alla veneziana’ flooring, offers a splendid panoramic view over the garden.

The Fox's Lair

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

Here various structures have been designed by the well-known Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Le Macine is an old renovated mill located inside a fish farm in Villa Collemandina on the banks of the Corfino River, an isolated place surrounded by nature, ideal for those who love tranquility and peace. The independent house of about 80 square meters consists of a large living room with sofa and TV, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub. Outside we find numerous open spaces, a barbecue area, a veranda with a small table and a wood-burning oven.
