Si trova nella prima collina di Camaiore a 9 Km dal mare della Versilia e a 25 m di macchina dalla bellissima città di Lucca. The cottage is located under the main road and is surrounded by nature and is accessible with a few steps walking down the road . The cottage has a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom but has a beautiful and huge garden where you can eat, all accompanied by a swimming pool with panoramic views.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.
