Thankyou Brian (and family) for what was an unforgettable magical experience. The villa far surpassed all our expectations. The villa is beyond beautiful and oozes rustic charm, perfect for a large group. Rooms were clean and with beautiful views (on the top floor) to wake up to, so much so that it felt like a dream. Bathrooms were lovely and higher spec than expected for such an old building. swimming pool serves it's purpose, but it's in a gorgeous garden amongst olive groves....stunning. Brian and family were the perfect balance of keeping in touch and ensuring we had everything we needed whilst ensuring that we felt we had the place to ourselves, a perfectly ran operation. We arranged a dinner one evening in the house cooked by Brian's mother which was an amazing experience to enjoy such a wonderful setting with friends. thank you Brian! we already hope to return in future.

Das Haus hat mehrere Terrassen mit sensationellem Blick, neu gebaut und schöne Einrichtung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel und das Haus ist beheizbar.

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

Gilda ist eine tolle, sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Zur Begrüßung gab es selbstgemachte Marmelade, Kuchen und einen großen Obstkorb. Besonders lecker war das selbst gebackene Brot.Der Abschied wurde nochmal mit Marmelade und selbstgemachte Limoncello versüßt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Ausblick über Massa bis zum Meer war großartig. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Danke für die tolle Unterkunft 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The place is absolutely stunning. Everything was clean, well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. The only downside was the swimming pool, which was frequently visited by a lot of bees. This made it difficult for the kids to enjoy the pool freely, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our time here and would still recommend it as a lovely place to stay!

This Villa was by far the best Airbnb we stayed in as part of our family vacation to Italy. We are a group of 9, including 1 baby and 2 small children, and the Villa was perfect for our stay. The grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the pool and the patio was perfect for our Chef prepared dinner. Thomas and Enrico were amazing hosts and super responsive to any questions. The Villa is walkable to the Towne Center, train station, and grocery store. We HIGHLY recommend the Villa and hope to be able to return someday.

Soggiorno splendido a Villa Vittoria, immersa nel verde alle porte di Lucca, città meravigliosa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il campo da tennis e l'area palestra con vasca idromassaggio, perfetta per rilassarsi. Il campo da calcio e la piscina non li abbiamo usati, ma quest’ultima è davvero bellissima e ben tenuta. Massima privacy e tranquillità: ideale per staccare la spina. La villa è curata nei dettagli e gli spazi esterni sono ampi e silenziosi. Un luogo perfetto per rigenerarsi, che ci sentiamo di consigliare senza esitazioni.

We had a wonderful stay, the house really felt like a home and was instantly relaxing. The whole booking and check in process was very straightforward and Giuseppe who met us to show us around the property and hand over the keys was very welcoming, kind and informative. The house has wonderfully peaceful location, with beautiful views. It has been furnished with excellent taste, and so adds to the feeling of being in a real home rather than a rental. The gardens and pool are delightful and evenings on the loggia will be remembered for a long time, we cant wait to return!

Can't say enough great things about this villa and Cristina as it's host! This was a family trip with 12 of us, and the villa provided more than enough space, bathrooms, amenities, and convenience for everyone. Sleeping arrangements were plenty and comfortable, bathrooms were larger than what you might expect for a European villa, several of them with dual sinks as well, and lots of modern upgrades that made things convenient but nothing to steal away from the absolute charm of the villa, especially the back yard by the pool. We loved spending most of our time there when we weren't exploring inside the city walls of Lucca (which are right outside the front door of the villa, an easy 5-10 minute walk away!) There were also coffee shops, markets, a pharmacy, a bank, etc., right around the corner from the villa for even more convenience. And Cristina herself? AMAZING. So proactive with communication, provided tons of information, and was very kind and welcoming when we arrived. THE BEST.

Tolle Unterkunft, wunderschöne, friedliche Umgebung und sehr herzliche Gastgeber! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit 7 Personen für unser Trainingscamp hier und hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in der Villa. Es ist wirklich noch schöner, als wir es aufgrund der Bilder erwartet hätten. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen und nur einer Hand voll anderer Häuser kann man perfekt abschalten - ob am Pool, im Garten oder in Haus selbst. Zara und Mark sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auf jede Frage bekamen wir sofort eine Antwort und außerdem jede Menge hilfreiche Tipps, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Zara hat uns bei einer kleinen morgendlichen Wanderung die Umgebung gezeigt. Diese Plätze hätten wir ohne sie niemals gefunden. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Ottima esperienza. Gli host sono stati ospitali ma al contempo ci hanno lasciato molta privacy. Era come esser da soli in villa. La casa è molto bella e spaziosa. Lo spazio esterno dotato di piscina e giardino è favoloso. Ottima esperienza che consiglio.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Sie liegt etwas abseits von Lucca, dafür aber sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und die gesamte Unterkunft sehr sauber. Wir waren mit allem rund um zufrieden. Lediglich die Einfahrt gestaltet sich als Abenteuer und kann eher nur mit Kleinwagen erfolgen.

If we could give Antica Limonaia six stars we would! Dana and Andrea were excellent at communicating and we knew they were close by if we ever had an issue. It was lovely to be met by Andrea on our arrival and shown around the house to settle us in. The house itself is beautiful - so light and spacious. Plenty of room for us with our adult children and their partners. We cooked nearly every evening in the gorgeous kitchen which was so well equipped. The laundry area was useful and well stocked. There was beautiful crockery, china, cutlery, linens. I could write an essay on how exquisite everything was (don’t get me started on the pretty tea towels) but suffice to say it was all perfect for us and will leave lasting happy memories. The table football is sturdy enough for four 20-somethings to revert to childhood!

We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!). Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Lerici is an interesting town and Stefania's house is an interesting house with a great view. Please know that you are going to do a lot of walking. If you cannot walk a lot, it is important that you get some taxi phone numbers before you arrive and make arrangements with them. We used Edmond and Anna for taxis. As advertised, it is a 5-10 minute walk all downhill to get to the main area of Lerici and 10-15 minutes all uphill to get up to the house from Lerici. Stefania is an excellent communicator and very responsive. There are several places to have your meals in the house, with the back deck with the view of the sea the preferred place, there is also a covered outdoor table next to the kitchen and a table in the kitchen that we did not use. Highly recommend doing a Cinque Terre boat tour with Blu Levante ... we did a 6-hour tour and it was fabulous. White Restaurant in Lerici is the best (lots of seafood), there are several pizza / pasta places on the main square in Lerici.

Host gentilissimi e super disponibili. Bellissima esperienza e bellissima villa, soprattuto se si vuole staccare un po' dalla quotidianità e godere di una vista pazzesca. Da sogni, grazie Barbara!

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. We regularly walked in the mornings, before it got too hot, to the village of Valestra. It is approx 4.5 miles round trip and a

Genka was the perfect host from start to finish, and the villa surpassed our expectations. Communication with Genka was great - he was quick to reply and gave us all the information we needed on the local area and beyond, even organising a taxi to take us to a local vineyard. The villa is beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed. Genka had even thought to provide plenty of mosquito repellent for the house! Everything was clean and in good order and someone came each day to clean the pool (which we used a lot!). There are a couple of small shops and a supermarket close-by. The villa is situated on top of a hill, from which you can watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset on the other side of the house in the evening. We will find it very hard not to book Genka's villa every year for our holiday! Grazie mille, Genka!

This was one of our most memorable holidays. A guided tour to the house to which upon arrival I cannot describe the stunning, magical, peaceful view and surroundings! All made us most welcome! The surrounding towns (Callodi, Montecarlo, Pistoia), cities (Lucca) close by (30 mins) and trains to Florence very relaxing. The farmhouse, with great character, was comfortable, cool, and well equipped with many a family feast overlooking the valley under stars swimming. Many thanks to the loyal gardener! Amazing. Thank you for a magical break and we hope to return.

Sabrina and Teresa greeted us at the gate of the villa when we arrived. Showed us around and were very responsive to us with any request during our stay. We had a relaxing and wonderful time. Many laughs, great meals, wine and a wonderful Villa with everything we needed and spectacular views. Thank you Sabrina and Theresa!!

Das Haus in Matraia bietet wirklich alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das gesamte Haus war bei unserer Ankunft makellos sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kommunikation mit Katia – sie war jederzeit erreichbar, äusserst hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Gleichzeitig ist das Haus ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in die wunderschöne Toskana – mit dem Auto sind viele Highlights gut erreichbar. Ich kann den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir haben uns bei Pina rundum wohlgefühlt. Sie ist eine super herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist für viele Personen bestens geeignet. Unser Highlight war das gemeinsame Pasta kochen mit Pina und das Nutzen des Pizza Ofens. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön und deutlich großzügiger als auf den Fotos erkennbar.

The biggest recommendation!!! We loved this place. The house is filled with various cozy areas, so there is plenty of shade, as we were travelling with small babies. We loved the outdoor seating area, and the pool area is more beautiful than the images shows. Only thing we would mention, is that there is a 10-15min drive uphill a very narrow road before you reach the house. It was not a problem for us, as we wanted to stay as much time as possible at the house. Other than that, Francesca was an amazing host and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back another time!
