The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. De studio "De Noot" is compleet, sfeervol en luxe ingericht en bevindt zich in een landelijk gelegen woonboerderij, op de begane grond, aan de rand van de stad. Een fantastische plek om als uitvalsbasis te benutten, te werken of tot rust te komen. Er zijn 2 fietsen beschikbaar voor gasten. Openbaar vervoer is op loopafstand. Parkeren is gratis. Er is een groot groen erf met een boomgaard, weiland met poel (en bankjes), kippen, haan, schapen en een lieve hond (stabij).
